I happened to require a probate valuation, I was aware of Anthony from way back (2012) I contacted him during this quite sensitive time, after a period of Tardiness on my part, Anthony agreed to come round and givr His local and learned Opinion on valuation. He was extremely helpful and indeed Shared his own experience of similar processes. To cut to the chase I’ve found there are two types of ‘Business styles’ the first counts every penny and maxes every pound of flesh they can out of every job. That’s ok. It’s business after all, but the second type of business practice is the ‘long game’ Anthony didn’t ‘squeeze’ me for money, he is a kind man and is In the game for. The long haul. I do much prefer this attitude as it nurtured loyalty and a Form or honour that so easily gets lost. Anthony is the epitome of a moral and just business leader. I will be certain to use his medium when I sell and if anyone asks me for a recommendation then it’s Anthony.
Really appreciated the help and advice. Any clients or help I can pass your way would be an absolute pleasure. Hope to see you soon, on due course,

The estate agent I spoke to came across very rude and judgemental, they seemed very unprepared and came across to seem that they aren’t interested in helping tenants find a property, unfortunately during a housing crisis and many struggling with the likelihood of becoming homeless this isn’t appreciated and I would avoid this agency if you’d actually like to find a house to rent.

This is a little gem in the heart of Essex. I had 20 guests to share a special birthday with me. Venue looked amazing, food was delicious staff were friendly and professional. To top it off we stayed overnight our room was beautiful with great attention to detail, spacious and luxurious. We will be back thank you to everyone who played a part.

Good couple of guys who work here,very friendly and helpful,much much better than other estate agents I've visited. These guys are the only agents who managed to sell my Wendy house & ground floor bungalow. 12 out of 10. A++++++ Much better than SJ Warren.
