I never knew how easy moving was until I was dealing with Bairstow Eves.
We had been trying to get onto the market for approximately a year which had been continuously delayed by outside influences and after so much aggravation and tears we pulled out of our previous sale.
I found a property advertised by Bairstow Eves, had the offer accepted 20/12/2021 and we moved in 10/03/2022.
We used Tina Wallace to help complete the mortgage for us and through her resources we were able to look at properties we thought were outside our price range, she helped to make the process so easy for us and removed all of the stress we had from our previous attempt at purchasing.
By keeping the process in house it was so refreshing to know that each person in the office knew what was happening and did not take days to come back to us with information.
We're extremely happy in our new home and none of it would have been possible without Tina and the ladies at Bairstow Eves.

This review is for Tina the mortgage advisor.
If you are buying a house you will know that every estate agent offers mortgage advisors and I got sick and tired of being told that I would get a better offer so decided to say I would decide when is found a house, I did with countrywide so Tina contacted me and said she would get some things together and call me back on Monday at 10am. She was the first advisor to call when she said she would. I didn't buy the house in the end but I was so impressed with Tina that I stuck with her. She was there whenever I had a question or a query (Sorry Tina) :) When we came to complete it solicitors disappeared off the radar, Tina sorted them out too, she is wonder woman in my eyes, if you want a mortgage advisor that has got your back and will be there for you when it matters, give Tina a ring

Jade gave us weekly progress reports that were delivered in a friendly positive manner and not forgetting the 'ever helpful' Tom.
The property was sold quickly but a few challenging problems arose from the buyers chain that put the Manager (Maxine)to the test
Without Maxine's determination and grit to succeed we would have given up, she made it happen.
