The marketing was excellent and we were very pleased with the photos that Daniel took. Our house sold on the first day it went on the market and the team were very efficient in dealing with the offers made and keeping us in the loop at all times. The property we purchased was also with Fenn Wright, once again we were impressed when shown around by the team and felt we could trust their advice. We would certainly recommend Fenn Wright to anyone who is thinking of putting their house on the market.

The whole team at Yaxley's were extremely attentive with ourselves throughout the sales process and took the stress out of our hands, while maintaining high proffessionalsm. With weekly updates, we always knew were we stood. If you are looking to sell your property, I would highly recommend them. Communication from Nest was top notch all the way through the sale, which at times was very frustrating due to sub par legal support....They remained very professional throughout with candid updates without the fluff. Everyone in the chain was kept up to date with cause of delay and next steps. My family have used them a few times now and cannot fault the dedication and service.....

27th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

22nd Apr 2026 (12 days ago)Overpromised, underdelivered... Did nothing other than put a poor listing up on rightmove. After advising them on a better way to do it, they didnt. The initial conversation made it sound like a guaranteed sale as they are the best agent... Also, didnt take listing down after telling them i wasnt happy and wanted it removed. This naturally has a negative impact on sale.
