What a great team! Helped me sell my stepfathers house in Burnham. We were dealing with a hopeless buyers solicitor and Lauren was patient but firm with them ensuring the quickest sale possible. Just a quick email to say a huge thank you to Steph for her customer service, and quite frankly her above and beyond service to me (who at the end of the day was not her client, but the purchaser).
To say this has been a stressful 2/3 months is an understatement and without Steph's professionalism throughout and being in my corner, calling even after hours with updates etc, as I have said; Steph has been invaluable and this end result for everyone in the chain would not have happened without Steph's input.

Viewed house via them and agreed to purchase but not once have they followed us up and have not spoken with us chasing sale or indeed after we exchanged and competed. Very poor service and customer service.

UPDATE: I got in touch with SJ Warren to advise that we would be putting the house and the market as Jack did such a great job with our purchase last time around. Our valuation was booked for tomorrow, and I have just received a call to say that Simon would be cancelling as it is 'out of area' - which is baffling to me given they were the one who marketed it before. What a waste of time, it would have been helpful if the lady I spoke to advised me of this when I made the enquiry.

This company has renewed my faith in Estate agents.
They have worked incredibly hard every week phoning me without fail to keep me updated on the sale of our property.
When you phone them they have dealt with anything I have asked quickly and professionally.
The only issue is when you compare them with the other Estate agents you will have to deal with and you realise how good you have it.
Shame I can't give 6 star's
