The Surveyor turned up on time. She was very polite and professional. We left her to get on with the survey. When she had completed the survey she explained the next process and asked if we had any questions. The report was emailed to us three days later for our perusal and verification. Thank you to DM Hall for providing excellent service this week. The surveyor, Nick Hancock, texted me the evening before to give me a one-hour window for his visit, so I knew when to be at the property. As I don't currently live there, I really appreciated this. Nick conducted himself in a highly professional manner from the moment he arrived to the moment he left. He produced the Home Report very quickly. He was also very helpful in arranging for an important typo in one of my answers in the Property Questionnaire to be corrected and for a revised version of the Final Report to be issued I also thought the cost of the survey and report was very reasonable. I have used DM Hall on three occasions and would not hesitate to recommend their services to others. They are my 'go-to' firm of surveyors.... Read more
