Absolutely fantastic. I was in urgent need of storage and they turned everything round in days so that I was able to pull up with a van full of stuff, sign and take the key.

The staff here are very friendly. I need a suitable house to take care of my children. They actively recommend the house to me and help me negotiate with the landlord. I highly recommend their home.

Never met an estate agent as un serious as David Blount, we was referred to a property that had been on the market for a while upon discussing our situation we started the referencing process to secure the property we didn’t even pass the referencing because the estate agents were not aware of the landlords decisions.
We waited a week only to hear back the landlord doesn’t want to rent the property. Maybe communicate with your landlords before you get the hopes up for any prospective tenants or start any form of referencing.

they do not care about the tenants, only ever respond when they want something (i.e. more £) from you. if it's not that good luck trying to get them to respond.

At first this office came across as helpful and caring, but once moved in, the level of service and communication just evaporated.
They charged me the wrong amounts of rent for 2 months. They turned up to do inspections without any prior warnings. Earlier this year I had a sever Gas leak at the property and they basically said sort it out yourself. It turned out that the main gas pipe into the property was faulty and not connected properly, resulting in me being charged huge amounts for Gas bills. And showing that the gas safety check wasn't done sufficiently.
Then when i left the property, they have accused me of several broken items which i know to of been fine when I left and have the photos to show. I have had to chase them for any feedback on the property as they haven't contacted me at all, saying that they sent all letters to the property I previously lived in, for no real reason other than to stall the appeal process and take all my deposit. The inspector of the property hung up on me and was extremely unprofessional.
They are scammers and just out for your money. I would avoid and never use again.
I cant give all agents a bad name, but there are far better companies out there and I think you should give them a try before ever using these.

Poor service no-one listens, rude staff they shout and are very inappropriate , bad housing we've rented two houses from this agency and I will never rent from them again. Need shutting down!!!

We used David Blount estate agents to sell our house and I cannot recommend them enough. Fiona handled our sale and she is a credit to the company. She was was always at the end of the phone when we needed her (which was a lot!) and guided us through the whole process from start to finish. If you’re looking to sell you house, I’d recommend David Blount wholeheartedly. Professional, reliable and a bunch of nice people to deal with.
