There was no hard sell and all the information was explained in a manner that we understood. Laura has been our guidance and acted speedily to get things progressed. Louise negotiated our sale price with enthusiasm and dedication. The team work extremely well together, everyone is aware of what is happening. We are extremely happy with the service provided and would highly recommend.

Tony was a wonderful guide around the property, he answered all my questions, was patient, polite and didn't rush me. Gabriel went out of her way to help me through the complicated process of buying a house. I cannot thank her enough. In fact two weeks after moving in she is still helping me with the more mundane questions, like "where can I buy some more bathroom tiles from?" She found out! Brilliant! Thank you both, and thank you Martin & Co

I felt comfortable I was in safe hands and confident to act, knowing that I had their support. Would heartily recommend them for all landlord and tenancy management and support.

She is so personable and from the moment you meet her, you know that you are in good hands. Within a day, my own property was on the market and attracting viewings, and I genuinely feel she went above and beyond to secure a sale for me. The video she posted on social media was incredible and received more views and kind comments than I ever expected. My house wasn't up for sale long but throughout the process, Lora kept me informed and booked viewings in swiftly. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Lora. Once the sale was agreed, her support didn’t stop. She continued to exceed expectations, staying closely involved to ensure the move progressed quickly and smoothly. Throughout the entire process, I felt fully guided, supported, and advised. Lora’s dedication and care made a real difference, and I’m truly grateful for everything she did. Thank you again!

THEN CAME JMS ... ((WOW)) What a diamond find, excellent service, superb knowledge, wonderful personalities, tremendous communication skills and MOST IMPORTANTLY ...a WE can do approach. None of this you'll have to do that we have someone who can do that THEY JUST DID. I lived in a newly refurbished house, which was very well equipped and well maintained. I have lived in Nottingham for four and a half years now, and this is definitely the best home I’ve experienced so far. My property manager, Amy, was very professional and helpful throughout my tenancy. I would be very happy to stay in another property managed by Comfort Estates again in the future.
