Viewings were grouped together and were all conducted by Sean who had done valuation, so knew the house well. House sold in less than 2 weeks. I woukd highly recommend Cope & Co.

Natasha also went the extra mile she collected import documents that our solicitor needed from my home and returned them to me so we were able to complete on the sale of our property. They marketed the property at a good price and it was sold within 2 weeks of putting it on the market. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of selling or buying a property.

1st Nov 2024 (12 weeks ago)I recently purchased a property through David Robinson. Rebecca Harwood was my contact and she was fantastic throughout. She regularly provided updates, chased solicitors and third parties for needed documents and made the whole process a lot less stressful than it could have been. She really went above and beyond and I am grateful to her. I would recommend these to anyone.

There was a hitch with a prospective buyer placing an offer which we accepted but unknown to us they were unsure about the process and turned out to be a time waster. Always keeps me posted and gets back to me ASAP with anything I need!! She has made the whole experience stress free and an enjoyable process!!! I cannot recommend her enough!! I found the team very helpful and professional and kept me up to date on all viewings and progress. They went over and beyond what one would expect. Certainly the best Estate Agents I have dealth with. Thank you

Fingers crossed that everything completes successfully but the first hurdle - finding a buyer - has been cleared, thanks Soraya!

Elders are realistic about pricing, are highly professional and excellent in keeping you updated. They certainly rank as the best estate agent to sell a property with in Ilkeston.

My Tenancy Manager (Hannah) is always quick to resolve my issues. I’m super glad I rented my apartment from them. I highly recommend Tritsam without any doubt.

18th Mar 2024 (10 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Every time we manage to speak to someone on the phone, we’re promised a call back that never happens. No one responds via email, and the whole process has been painfully slow from start to finish.
