This is a well planned and designed modern housing estate.for the most part the homes follow the modern trend of small, limited front gardens, presumably on the basis that there will be limited pedestrian traffic, and of coiurse, it helps maximise the number of homes developers can build on the site. That said, there are several reasonable green spaces that help to strengthen the feeling of openness and free air flow. Looking at the buildings, they appear to be constructed to a reasonably high standard and look attractive.... Read more

Want to say the ladies in the marketing suite are great. On our initial enquiries they went out of there way to show us houses other than the show house, as a result we had a positive experience. In the end we purchased a property at this location and again the ladies in the marketing suite (Trish and Shirley) went the extra mile to get the house perfect for us and allow us to visit many times as the property was constructed. House moving is not easy but having someone to help with the little things really helps.... Read more
