10th Jul 2024 (17 days ago)We have been pleased with Chamberlain Evans and would definitely recommend them - it seems much less stressful to use a local more personal independent firm.They quickly found us a good buyer, showed people round and were helpful, readily available and knew the market.They also liasoned with other professionals involved and recommended a good solicitor.
25th Sep 2023 (10 mo. ago)We have used Hodsons several times over a 24 year period ,both to buy and to sell our homes. A really friendly, efficient and pro active team who keep you informed with real integrity throughout the whole process. We would highly recommend the entire team at Abingdon and Didcot. If they didnt know a particular question we had , they would find out promptly and ALWAYS returned our calls .A thoroughly pleasant, approachable and staff. Thank you all so much.

14th May 2024 (11 weeks ago)I am a currently renting through Thomas Merrifield and have been blown away by the service the team have provided to us, which most letting agents don't even scratch the service of. They have effiecent systems for logging issues, and they have always been swift, courteous and fully considerate of the Tennant. I thought I'd leave a (unrequested!) Google review just to help recognise them, especially this branch. Thank you for being outstanding=)

We visited the Connells team at the Headington office. The whole team was brilliant from day one. Their Mortgage Advisor, Jack Ballard was simply amazing!! Jack is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, practical and very efficient. He is always available for you and has great communication skills. He would call you if there was anything urgent even if he was on his holiday. He was abe to quickly understand our needs and circumstances. He brings his vast experience not only as a mortgage advisor but also his previous experience working as an estate agent to the table. This was really helpful for us as you basically get two services in one. He not only helped us find the best mortgage rate at that time but also kept us informed when the rates went down and got us onto a lower rate. Jack's experience working as an estate agent really came in handy for us when choosing the property to buy, negotiating and communicating with the seller's agents, solicitors and expediting the whole process of buying a house which so far has been really smooth and hassel free thanks to Jack. Thank you Jack!! We would highly recommend Jack Ballard to anyone looking for a mortgage advisor.

She instructed a professional photographer to take photos of my home and the results were outstanding. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Jess and Corinne were a delight to deal with and dealt with all queries from me efficiently. She supported me through the whole process. My house sold in just over 8 weeks as it was the height of summer. I received under the asking price but I was very happy with the final sale price. I went with Truemans solicitor and because they were referred to me by Amelie’s. They are excellent and very competitively priced. On the day I said my final goodbye to my home, Jess turned up with a beautiful bag of goodies from bubbly to chocolate which was a lovely touch. I highly recommend Amelie’s for your next house sale.

12th Jul 2024 (15 days ago)I can’t rate Church Robinson highly enough. We were in the process of buying a property through them when the sale on our own property fell through. We had a discussion with Holly and Gary and made the decision to list our property with them and we are so pleased that we did. It was an upsetting time for us as the previous process had taken so long, before ultimately falling through, but they were so efficient and professional, but also very kind. We had an offer on our flat almost immediately and have recently exchanged. From our initial contact with the team when viewing properties, to their work in getting us to the point of exchange, we have been really impressed with everyone. A special shout out to Dawn, who has just been brilliant at chasing people up and getting things done! I’m sure we wouldn’t be where we are now without her tenacity!

I can't thank them enough for their advice and guidance, their knowledge and support and for how great their communications were, right from the initial meeting with Lucy through to Michelle seeing us through the sale progression. Big shout out to Gerry who carried us through everything and reassured us whenever we worried. Her expertise I truly believe got us the best possible price and a fantastic buyer.
