Nice housing estate good variation of house sizes in the quiet upmarket area of Wilmslow. Still a little building going on but it doesn't encroach on the existing houses.

Pregnant and homeless; but the baby isn’t Jones homes despite being screwed by them!
To sum up, Jones homes have reserved a new buyer on the Hallgate property which we are also reserved on because of a 1 week delay in our chain. We feel that this is because we asked them to fix major issues (wonky ceilings) identified in a snagging survey which revealed almost 90 snags and also because we argued about being charged to have the freehold after being told the house was freehold and knowing that new builds are no longer meant to be sold as leasehold and also because we learnt that other houses on the same development sold recently (not just HTB houses!) have been given the freehold at no extra cost.
We are left heartbroken at how Jones homes have treated us. It seems crazy that a builder can delay completion if a house is not built on time and they take months to respond to you but a week delay in a pandemic on our chain which we cannot control and they can sell the house from beneath us! We have paid for searches, a valuation, survey, flooring and legal costs and they simply do not care and are unresponsive to any emails we send them.

Nice, quiet estate away from the bypass. Good access to Handforth Dean and Wilmslow. Nice mix of people of different ages. Jones staff generally helpful and good at replying to emails when needed.

Not a bad developer. Employee at the front desk was quite polite and we'll manared. There are no properties bigger than 2 bedrooms, so do be aware if you are interested. Well located development with easy accesses and it is almost completed.
