Pauline renew my tenancy contract for this year. She send me an email as a reminder with the conditions before the deadline and followed it up. When I knew that my tenant agreed to renew the contract I send an email. It didn’t take her more than 10 mnts to respond me with my contract. Pauline is efficient, very professional person with excellent customer services .
