An absolute shambles from start to finish with Davies & Co. The communication on progress was poor and their ability to just try and help is non existent. You will need to expect to chase a lot and accept that you will be told what you want to hear as opposed to realistic and accurate information. I would steer clear as you risk paying out on fees for legal costs and be left finding a resolution for your lease needs.... Read more

Fairly disappointed, Davies guaranteed things they had no power to enforce and although they promised we were the only interested party/they would inform us if it looked like that would change, it turns out they moved forward with another potential tenant and didn't have the decency to inform us until I chased them up. Be careful who you are dealing with and just because it is in writing doesn't mean they will be true to their word.... Read more
