DO NOT USE THIS AGENT. CHECK YOUR DEPOSIT IS PROTECTED IF YOU PAID THEM ONE. De Havilland do not belong to the legally required professional redress bodies, they did not protect my deposit (and as yet we have no idea where that went), they did not pass rental payments or bill payments onto my landlord in a timley fashion and appear to have not passed the last bill or rent payments over at all. This agent is linked to LetWithUs, who are actively trying to close their business while owing money. Both LetWithUs and De Havilland are no longer answering phone calls or emails, and appear to be owned and run by the same people (as per Companies House).... Read more

Richard, Simon and the whole DeHavilland team are an absolute pleasure to work with. We purchased a property through DeHavilland & Partners and they were amazing from the beginning of the sale until the end. Everyone that we dealt with from all staff in the office were extremely professional, knowledgeable, transparent and very patient with us.
