Went for a viewing in Godmanchester, the agent was very rude. He had serious attitude issues, and responded aggressively when we suggested we might make a slightly lower offer given the amount of work the property needed.
Despite being interested in the property, we decided we couldn't proceed as we did not trust the other party who didn't display the most basic decency.

As tenants approaching our move-in date, Helen and the rest of the team have been super helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Queries are always answered honestly and promptly, and not with the standard hard sell you usually get from estate agents. Great experience so far.

All I can say is, Kim, you’re awesome. I emailed them about the problem that we have around the house she replied right away. At the end of the day I received a call from the person she contacted and say when is the right time to come over and fix the problem. You guys are amazing. Thank you

I helped my parents rent a property from Gatehouse Estates.
The ladies at Gatehouse are very kind and patient.
They were helpful with the whole process and allowed me to be involved with helping my parents with referencing and paperwork.
Any short term problems we had at the beginning were resolved very professionally.
They provided any information we requested promptly and communication via email is very efficient.
