Best letting agent we have ever rented through out of four previous much larger agencies.
Have to say the staff at Gatehouse genuinely care about all their customers- tenants and landlords. Maintenance issues are promptly addressed with no hassle but friendliness and helpfulness. They are a breeze to work with from getting permission for small redecorative touches to renewing the lease annually.
I hope to stay a Gatehouse tenant for years to come and feel very lucky to have found my current home through them.

I am very happy to leave a review for Gatehouse Estates of Godmanchester. After many years of buying and selling property, I find it hard to think of an estate agent who worked so hard and diligently to sell my Mum's property, guiding - not pushing - through what was a very difficult pandemic period. Phil Malley, who I dealt with, always kept me updated and was pleasant, thorough, respectful and utterly professional during a very smooth and quick process. I therefore highly recommend them.

They were great. The ladies were lovely. Helped me with everything and done the little extras. Helen the manager was so helpful. They always kept me updated with the progress of the application. Also was outstanding with the new circumstances and keeping up with social distancing. Well recommend. Thank you guys.
