I have rented through Gatehouse for nearly 10 years and they have been nothing but amazing! They respond so quickly to emails and any problems are sorted ASAP, often the very next day! Any repairs are done to the highest standard. All the checks are done when they are needed (boiler, carbon monoxide alarms etc.)
I never felt like just another tenant when in communication with Helen and the team, it felt like they really cared and went above and beyond.
I have not had a bad experience with Gatehouse in the nearly 10 years I lived in the property and would recommend them to anyone.

Having previously had a tricky renting experience, we were dubious and anxious about renting again, I can honestly say that Helen and the Gatehouse team have been a breath of fresh air. Went for a viewing in Godmanchester, the agent was very rude. He had serious attitude issues, and responded aggressively when we suggested we might make a slightly lower offer given the amount of work the property needed.
Despite being interested in the property, we decided we couldn't proceed as we did not trust the other party who didn't display the most basic decency.

The ladies at Gatehouse are very kind and patient.
They were helpful with the whole process and allowed me to be involved with helping my parents with referencing and paperwork.
Any short term problems we had at the beginning were resolved very professionally.
They provided any information we requested promptly and communication via email is very efficient.

Best letting agent we have ever rented through out of four previous much larger agencies.
Have to say the staff at Gatehouse genuinely care about all their customers- tenants and landlords. Maintenance issues are promptly addressed with no hassle but friendliness and helpfulness. They are a breeze to work with from getting permission for small redecorative touches to renewing the lease annually.
I hope to stay a Gatehouse tenant for years to come and feel very lucky to have found my current home through them.
