Ben has been incredible with us, we have been looking for some time and have spoken to nearly all the estate agents nearby and Ben is superior by far!!
We previously went to see a house with him that we didn’t apply for at the time and when we applied for another property a couple of months later he remembered us and our situation and needs.
In such a quick moving and stressful rental market, the small things really do matter, and such a small personal touch makes the world of difference in comparison to the huge agencies that barely call back, in comparison to Ben’s videos which keep the process human.
Would absolutely recommend

Went to view a house on Sunday with Liz, who prompted me to view it. Liz was lovely and knew her stuff. She was able to answer all my questions which made a great change as been looking for ages with other companies. Just wanted to say thanks Liz for recommending the property and hopefully will be moving in quickly!
UPDATE! From the first viewing I was in my new home in 5 week's! I think thats a record!

Ben was superb. Despite the rapid speed at which the property market is moving, when I contacted him regarding a house he made time to talk through everything, gave a transparent overview of how things would be working regarding the house offers and so forth, and made me feel very connected to the process. I initially wasn't sure about the name "Ewe Move" thinking it was a bit not professional....from this experience I have had, I am very happy to have been proven wrong :)

I have been working at EWE Move Estate agents as a part of a kick-starter scheme and have worked very close with Ben the Branch Manager. I have seen first-hand the considerable effort he makes for his clients, from staging properties and taking professional standard photos. Ben was very professional and super helpful throughout the process of renting, moving in and out. He kept us in the loop throughout the process and helped to finalise the contracts quickly, he was the best intermediary between tenant and landlord I've ever encountered. He did really help us to settle in.
Also, when the landlord opted to sell the property, Ben stepped in and requested we should be offered it first before any potential buyer could see it, that's how far and beyond he can go.
I would definitely recommend Ewemove Luton and Ben for your renting/letting needs. Thanks again for all your help, Ben. We appreciate it.
