Delaney's estate agents have been very helpful during our 2 and half years tenancy.
The agents are very professional but have also a great human 'touch' in the way they approach any issue that is raised.
I have dealt with many estate agents in the past years but none of them has ever come close to how good Delaney's agents have been to me and my family.

An experience we have never had with another letting agency. Super professional, attentive and respond to emails as quickly as possible. As well as the whole team, Jo in particular is extremely friendly, welcoming and has amazing customer service skills. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to buy or rent. Me and my partner will likely stay with Delaney's when buying a house, because we know we will be looked after.

Jo and the team are exceptional. I have been constantly suprised at the very high level of service provided and the friendly way I have been treated. Despite some difficult problems with structural movement nothing has been too much bother. Thanks Jo and the team five star !!!

I am really happy with the service I've received from the team at Delayney’s Hornchurch in London. They were there all the time to answer all my enquiries and guide me through the buying process. Donna from sales progression team was very responsive to all my questions and her swift answers really made this process pain free. Thanks to Donna and the team at the Delayney’s.

Having recently bought my house through Delaney's, I can truly say they are one of the best estate agents around. Donna from the sales progression team was great. This was my first time completing the sale of a house and she couldn't have been any more helpful. She explained every step throughout the process to me and kept me notified throughout the whole process. She went out of her way to ensure that I got a professional and complete service and I could not recommend her or Delaney's any further. I recently purchased a house through Delaneys Hornchurch and could not recommend the staff any more. The Sales Progression lady Donna is one of the nicest and most knowledgeable person i have come across. She ensured the whole process from the bottom of the chain to the top of the chain was kept informed which is very important and made the her clients and my self feel they was in completely safe hands. Donna is a very approachable person who will go above and beyond to try and do the best she can. All i can say is a big thank you to her and if i should ever need to use the sales progression service again i would ask directly for her.
