I am currently renting a flat advertised by Easy Let and have had some problems initially i.e. leaking boiler, leak in the shower. Bill has dealt with the issues promptly and professionally, always on the other end of the phone if need be. I cannot fault the work done by Will who has been sent out to my flat a few times- everything was fixed/replaced on the day. Would certainly rent (or hopefully buy!) a property from Easy Let in the future.... Read more

Hello everyone .. if you want to rent from easy let sale think twice. They are cute and kind at first, but when something happened at your house, they say that this is not their problem. I lived at the eversfield place and left because they steal from the mail, smoke drugs, make noise, and even the fire alarm goes on at night, sometimes a couple of times a night. And so I left two weeks ago and think, they do not return my deposit. They didn't show me a bit, they called me and told me not to come to their agency and they would not return the deposit. (think twice if your brothers rent from them or not)... Read more

The first tenants stayed with us for 8 years and we hope the current tenants will do the same. Sleazy let would be a better name. Very neglectful to their tenants, didnt want to hear about problems with the property, our back door was leaking and the glazing had blown (in the winter) but they only replaced it after 3 months of constant calling. Our loft leaked which they claimed had been fixed but when we came to move out we had to throw away over a hundred pounds worth of belongings, including a lot of items with sentimental value. It took 6 months to replace our broken shower, again after constant calling. They left us with a gaping hole in our kitchen ceiling after they sent someone round to fix a leak coming from our bathroom, we tried to get them to come back to patch the hole but nothing ever materialised. The list goes on, but i haven't got enough time to list everything. This company is very unprofessional. Theres no need for the way they treated me and my family. After talking to others who have had very similar experiences with easylets i felt like i had leave a review to warn others.... Read more

THIS COMPANY IS A WASTE OF TIME, MONEY AND EFFORT DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They discriminate against you and discriminate against age. All they care about is taking your money, my sister and her boyfriend found a place through this company, passed every check required of them and paid all thier administration fees, signed all the paperwork required and was given a moving in date. Then was told that they couldn't get the flat because they where under the age of 25 even tho this was never disclosed in any meetings and they even offered to give them 6 months rent for in advanced ( which is about £4,500) this was still wasn't good enough for them or the landlord, then they tried to us their references as an excuse which is just childish and pathetic, both the company and landlord are a waste of space and time. DO NIT NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T CARE ABOUT HELPING YOU FIND A PLACE!!!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS... Read more
