We had a very positive experience with this agency. Sadly with interest rates soaring there were very few viewers in a position to make an offer on our property. They sent us twice the number of viewers as the other agency we were listed with.

I have not had to sell a property for many years so did not quite know what to expect with this sale. However, Shane was very professional when we first met and gave us the confidence to go with PCM rather than one of the other two firms. PCM have been very helpful and professional throughout and I would certainly recommend them to others selling in the Hastings area.

throughout a long and involved sales timeline including difficulties involving probate delays at the top of our small chain PCM in the shape of all the staff were helpful encouraging and at a time of national pandemic polite and considerate. Always taking time to engage with me as a customer and keeping momentum going on all fronts to all our benefits. Michael and Sarah in particular helped but everyone there played a real part when needed

This is the second time that I’ve used PCM and I cannot fault them. They are professional at all times and provide wonderful service, they really look after you and even through these very difficult times they put all the precautions into place to make sure that you, any potential buyers and themselves are completely and utterly safe. They keep you fully up to date with how the marketing and interest in the property is going, they give feedback from anyone who has viewed the property and they also, once you have a potential buy, keep you fully informed as to how the sale is proceeding.
I will be looking for another property to buy in the future and PCM are very good at keeping an eye out for what your looking for and as soon as they have something they think you would be interested in they let you know. This is one of the things that stands PCM high above any of the other estate agents in the town.

We bought a house where large parts of the advertised house, such as the garden, were not part of the actual house we got and ended up in a complex legal dispute. Did they help us even a tiny amount? Absolutely not they are cowboys of the worst order who were rude and arrogant towards us when we told them later and almost hung up the phone on me.
