This is the second time that I’ve used PCM and I cannot fault them. They are professional at all times and provide wonderful service, they really look after you and even through these very difficult times they put all the precautions into place to make sure that you, any potential buyers and themselves are completely and utterly safe. They keep you fully up to date with how the marketing and interest in the property is going, they give feedback from anyone who has viewed the property and they also, once you have a potential buy, keep you fully informed as to how the sale is proceeding. I will be looking for another property to buy in the future and PCM are very good at keeping an eye out for what your looking for and as soon as they have something they think you would be interested in they let you know. We can't speak too highly of PCM's efforts in helping us to sell an elderly relative's house in Hastings. We live some distance away, but from the initial valuation right through to completion they pulled out all the stops, providing us with excellent advice and support throughout.
