Their questions in the first instance were such that a sketchy reply was given, hence the second contact. The prose used in the description was lack-lustre, hence the reason that other agents seem more successful.

Fantastic team for lettings to tenants! We were looking for somewhere to move to having not rented privately for many years. We found a flat through Fox and Sons but were anxious about the process and expected a negative experience since tenants can no longer be charged fees by lettings agents.
Our experience with Fox and Sons couldn't have been more positive. We dealt mainly with Lorna and Abigail and they went the extra mile to support and advise us. We felt like valued customers throughout the process and we would be unable to be critical of any part of their involvement.

I would just like to share my experience with Fox and Sons Hastings Lettings team. They are professional, helpful, knowledgeable and very understanding. I was a tenant struggling to find a property that fitted my situation, Lorna made the process so easy and stress free when viewing properties.
