I cannot stress highly enough the value of working with an independent agent and especially from a business such as this, with care, attention, industry and local knowledge, making the customer really feel the focus of their attention not an afterthought or something not worth spending their time on unless you are selling a house for more than 1 million pounds. Out-of-hours viewing and communication is is exceptionally appreciated for anybody renting in London I think. They have listed my house for sale and have been pleasant and professional throughout. The fee is a flat rate unlike other agents who charge a percentage to sell a property.... Read more
