I have had the pleasure of working with Echo Properties, led by Thomas, on two occasions – once in 2022 and again in 2024, to let my flat in London. I cannot recommend Thomas and his company highly enough.

I cannot stress highly enough the value of working with an independent agent and especially from a business such as this, with care, attention, industry and local knowledge, making the customer really feel the focus of their attention not an afterthought or something not worth spending their time on unless you are selling a house for more than 1 million pounds. Out-of-hours viewing and communication is is exceptionally appreciated for anybody renting in London I think. And with a friendly and professional, warm personality the best agent I have ever dealt with.

I have decided to leave a review for Echo Properties as I came across the negative review that they have which in my opinion is inaccurate based on my experience with them. They have listed my house for sale and have been pleasant and professional throughout. The fee is a flat rate unlike other agents who charge a percentage to sell a property.
