They are good at wanting to get house buying processes moving, as well as very quick to complete tasks. However, they try to put on pressure when not needed. Also ended up liaising with three people instead of one.
Also, one of their estate agents broke GDPR laws and found my name on Facebook and privately messaged me (9 months after) and asked me to hold her mail (she was also the individual we bought the property from)
Not only was I uncomfortable with being contacted on Facebook, but after 9 months, you’d think that you would have redirected your mail by then (we had still been getting all of the mail).
I contacted their head office to make a complaint and I was told that someone would contact me that week to discuss what happened and what I would like to happen further this. Well, I didn’t get a phone call.

We always thought that engaging an estate agent to sell would be much of a muchness, but my goodness were we wrong! Beals Knocked it out of the park!! Firstly, Adam came to put a value to our house, he was a very friendly, relaxed and engaging fellow. He gave us lots of advice, was in no way pushy, he told us what he thought would be the right price to market at, but then left us, so that we could discuss between ourselves and in private and decide whether to engage. Well, we are SO glad that we decided to go ahead with Beals of Gosport! The second agent that we met there was Louise. What an absolute star has she turned out to be! Having Adam and Louise in what is still very much your home, is like inviting old friends in. One way and another, there have been a quite a few issues along the way, effecting parts of the chain at different stages, but Louise has been right there, at every moment, to offer advice, research issues on our behalf, and ringing to speak and reassure, when she's felt it's needed. We don't honestly think we would have got to completion stage without her tenacious professionalism, as well as her friendly encouragement. So in conclusion, dont go for a faceless, online agency, because you won't get the care, consideration and hands on guidance that you definitely get from Beals of Gosport.

We have had nothing but a positive experience working with Beals while looking for an home, especially from Esmee. She was polite, friendly and helpful while we were looking for a first home and viewing homes. The only thing that stopped us purchasing was our situation changing and them not have properties that were in our new (very reduced) price range. We will 100% be recommending Beals and Esmee to anyone looking for a home, and hopefully will be able to use them again in future.

From the moment Adam arrived at my home, until the day I handed over the keys for the new owners at the Gosport Beals Branch nothing was too much.
Katie who looked after everything once the house had been sold, would update me along the way, which saved me a worry.
The staff at Gosport when I rang were all polite and helpful and would sort out any queries I had.
All I can say is thank you, all of you, you made a very difficult decision I had to make a lot easier.
I would highly recommend Beals Gosport and would use them again when the opportunity arises.

Outstanding service from Beals Gosport - Manager Adam carefully and professionally took us through the process of selling our home with excellent and impressive marketing materials, he made the process easy and we felt he was always approachable and reassuring at every stage. In all honesty I was with a previous estate agent for letting and didn't have the best experience. Beals so far have been outstanding, I initially spoke with Anna who was great and highly professional she then recommended me a great property to look at, she listened to exactly what I was after! Next Jade and Jess helped me through the process of viewing and numerous phone calls to get the vetting and check process complete quickly, must say we're superb! They got this actioned extremely fast and efficiently, I have now gone from looking at a new letting to moving in within 3 weeks! Outstanding job all!! Hats off to you 3 from me!

We approached the team at Beals, Gosport, regarding the sale of my parents' property after having been let by one of the other Estate Agents in the town. From our first meeting with Adam, the branch manager, the service we have received has been the polar opposite. The professionalism and attention to detail, coupled with excellent customer service, couldn't be faulted. We had more viewings in the first week with Beals than a month with the other Agent. We received both verbal and written feedback after each viewing - something we had to chase ourselves with the first Agent. Viewings arranged and conducted by both Louise and Anna, were done so without disruption to our routine, and to fit around our availability. The team found us a buyer within a week, sadly this fell through at no fault of Beals, however within a week of this the property sold successfully again. Louise has become a regular caller and has answered and queries we have both quickly and efficiently.
We are in the last stages of our move now and can't thank Adam, Louise and Anna enough for making this process as hassle-free as they can.
Having bought through Beals before, we should have gone to them first this time. Having a property of our own to sell in the next 12 months, we won't hesitate to place our sale in the safe hands of the Beals, Gosport team, when the time comes.

Beals Gosport have been renting and managing my 2 bedroom flat in Royal Clarence yard, Gosport for the past 10 years. Jade Goulding at Beals manages everything for me, she is excellent. Throughout this time my flat has been continually rented with great tenants that pay on time. I had a very good experience with Gosport Beals. Had a bit of trouble in the start due to the tenant of the property I was moving into not moving out when meant too which delayed things for me. However, Jess was always there to help and gave me frequent updates throughout. Jess, Jade and Zoe were always friendly when I called in or came into the office. I would highly recommend and would definitely go back to Beals if i ever have to move again!

Used Beals to seel the deal with flat dukes road. Everyone was very helpful trying to get the sale through. Especially since the solicitors for.the buyer lawcomm were pretty useless. The buyer was obstructive and kept stalling. If it had not been for beals. I would have had a meltdown if it wasn’t for Adriana.
