Organised a viewing for today in colne, no one showed up, waited for 10min then called them and no one answered. Neighbours said they did a viewing yesterday fine, they haven't bothered to contact me to say can't make it.
The confirmation email would suggest I'm on your system, as would the phone call and text you sent 2mins after I reviewed. You could have just apologised instead of calling me a liar, great customer service!

Have been dealing with Ultimate Property Solutions for the last 3-4 years and have to say they are the best estate agents in town.
Friendly staff, approachable, prompt replies, quality property management (finding tenants, vetting them and regular monitoring), trustworthy, project management (simple repairs to full refurbishment) and really looks after my properties!
And now they have property sales as well!
