Having worked in the property industry since the late 80’s and personally developed over 900 units I’ve engaged with countless development agencies and until now never felt compelled to leave a review.
Having recently sold two sites for me in South East London, working with Matthew Sheldon at Estates Office has been an absolute pleasure and I would go as far as to rate him as the best agent I’ve worked with.
From the offset Matthew clearly identified the target audience for each site and with his straight talking approach and ability to deliver on what he promised it wasn’t long before sales were agreed.
Despite both transactions encountering legal hurdles, Matthew’s hands on approach with all parties and negotiation skills ensured that solutions were agreed and ultimately exchanges affected.
If you’re looking for a cheap agent then keep searching however, if you’re looking for a great one that will maximise your sites return and keep you apprised every step of the way……head to Matthew!

I highly recommend Estate Office if you are looking to sell a property. Daniel Minsky in particular, is highly professional, but also approachable and will assist in all aspects of the transition. He is also tenacious, and makes sure the deal gets done!
