I have rented a studio through Canary Properties for a year and it was a really good experience. They are highly responsive and quick to address issues. Larry -one of the agents- was extremely helpful throughout the tenancy period. He also got everything sorted prior our moving in date and after checking out, which was great to have such assistance. I am disappointed by the fact that the landlord decided to sell the flat after 1 year of renting with no issues. I wished to stay more with Canary Properties and extend the contract for another year. Hence, if you plan to rent a property through this agency, I advise you to do so.... Read more
