Sam helped us in the communication with the seller, he has been super helpful in showing us the property more than once, and he has promptly helped us to resolve some small issues when we moved in (finding the internet socket by contacting previous tenants, helping us to sort out the utilities bill, etc.). Winkworth, and specifically Sam Bradman our Sales Advisor, gave us excellent support when flat hunting over a number of months, and in closing the deal when we finally found our ideal property. I would recommend Winkworth to anyone. They know the market well, have a good range of properties, and are persistent (and patient) in seeking out those that meet the prospective buyers' criteria.
