Jeremy Rosenblatt’s card arrived in our postbox at just the right moment. We were considering selling but didn’t know if it was the right time or, as first-time sellers, how to proceed.
Jeremy patiently explained current market conditions and advised how to price our flat with or without further investment, and other considerations.
We met with several agents and after reviewing references, determined that Jeremy had the relevant experience and contacts that would benefit us most.
He immediately tapped his extensive network to target potential buyers. He only showed our property to a few serious parties – aiming for quality over quantity.

I rented a property off Vantage last week and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. As I’m sure everyone knows the rental market at the moment is bonkers, I would enquire on properties and agents wouldn’t even bother to call me back, these were the only guys that took the time to call and even tho the property I initially enquired on was gone they listened to my requirements and found me a suitable property within a week!
