I am a new landlord and was extremely pleased with the service provided by Richard Ornstein and his team in the Little Venice office. They guided me through preparation for letting the property, the legal requirements, contract terms and marketing the flat. I was very happy when they found a suitable tenant very quickly and the check in inventory and cleaning arranged by Richard were very satisfactory, with the tenant contacting me to compliment the condition of the flat at hand-over. You are just number for them… They scam us by asking around 2900£ to break our contract based on the money the landlord was supposed to pay if we were not in the flat. It was really weird as they had already find new tenants… we are in a bad situation now. We do not know how we are going to do. Never again … to avoid!

They come into into my flat bring potential buyers all without prior consent. They are arrogant, dismissive and unprofessional. Very disappointing.

By far the best estate agent I have ever worked with (for both selling and buying).
Just before selling in April 2020, Adam French gave us his insightful views on the property market and made sure we were comfortable with our timing and his valuation. Immediately after signing, in less than 15 days they managed to organise more than 25+ viewings. Communication was smooth and regular throughout the entire process.
Ben Haftel and Adam French are incredibly resilient agents. They managed to find multiple buyers when the transaction fell through a few times due to the virus/brexit situation and the competitiveness of the sellers' market. At all times, they went out of their way to ensure that all parties in the transaction were obtaining what they wanted. With tactful negotiation skills Ben managed to untangle very complicated issues related to pricing, unhelpful property managers, overworked lawyers from both sides and personal requirements of the clients. Until a few days after the moving date, they were on top of every movement. Ben even took care of redirecting some packages sent to the wrong address.
We initially bought our property with Goldschmidt's assistance back in 2015 (Adam French was our main point of contact). We were very pleased with the experience that we decided to go back to them when we decided to sell in order to upsize. Before confirming, we did our research interviewing other agents and seeking other valuations. Adam and Ben stood out as the most reliable and informed professionals.

Adam French - after much back and forth on my behalf, Adam immediately went to work on getting serious buyers through the door of my flat, once I committed to the sell.
Even though I live overseas, the communication was very good; short, quick and effective when necessary. Adam also handled the interaction with my tenants seamlessly and with the right amount of tact.
Adam achieved the targeted price in a tough market.
