I bought a duplex at Fletton Quays with Jess, I made a mistake of trust her, I even used PCS as her recommended, unfortunately I received all paper work one day before completion and have not occurred to me that they would change the car parking plans, now I stuck with a car park that is totally different from what was sold and showed, Savills and jess answers were, sorry nothing we can do, lessons learned, never ever buy from Savills again and never trust anyone , Byers please be aware.

The terrible agency ????????????????????contract to the apartment did not give me. I pay an rent once a month. They count by week. Ugly rude attitude... I'M DISABLED. They humiliate me and bring me to depression stress ????????????????????????????????????????Subsage the rent price

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I called them to inquire about a property that they we would be handling the sale of on behalf of a bank, as i was interested to buy and had got wind of their involvement I asked to be kept informed and was interested to make an offer for the property. It took several attempts to get a reply and then finally i was told someone would contact me, they didn't, i contacted them back again and they instructed me they would let me know when the property would be offered on the market. They didn't! Since then i have found out that other people have made offers on the property.
THIS COMPANIES COMMUNICATION IS WORSE THAN AWFUL. IF I HAD A PROPERTY I WOULD NOT PUT IT WITH THIS COMPANY. TRY SOMEONE ELSE. I get the feeling that they feel they have a majority control of the market and therefore can slack off a lot and ask rediculous prices. GIVE THEM A MISS ALL SELLERS AND BUYERS.

This company does not deserve even a single 'Star' rating.
A totally unprofessional company best avoided, at all costs, in my opinion.
There are plenty of better alternative and reputable companies out there!
