Where do I begin with the first class service that I received from Keannelly. Firstly the quality virtual tour teleported me into the property like virtual reality and from that moment I knew I had to rent this property and upon speaking to Kenneally's agent, Nick, the whole process from viewing to moving was plain sailing. Nick was professional and certainly has an understanding of the landlords that he deals with and an intuitive grasp of any potential tenant too.
I looked at all of the properties in Kenneally's portfolio and depending on budget I could have chosen anyone of them to live in as all were of an exceptional standard according to price. So anyone moving to Cambridgeshire look no further as Kenneally should be your go to estate agents. Considering we were in the midst of a global pandemic Kenneally not only talked the talk but did the walk too unlike other estate agents that fell short of my expectations. The rest of the team were also very proficient and dealt with my pre and post-tenancy queries seamlessly. A gold star from me for Kenneally!

The staff at Kenneally have always gone above and beyond for me. I risked renting remotely as the market moves so quickly and I knew by the time I had arranged to visit, the property would have gone. Nick worked beyond office hours to negotiate and secure the property for me and Clare helped me to feel confident that this was the right property for me.
I've lived in the property now for 18 months.
They genuinely care about their clients and Clare is always an absolute pleasure to deal with.

I recently commissioned Kenneally's to find me a new tenant as the existing family were moving out. After being listed on the Friday, a new tenant was confirmed on the Monday with the remaining checks complete that week. It couldn't have gone any smoother!
2021 Update: I recently asked Nick to sell my house. The pictures taken were great and I felt presented the house really well. 8 viewings viewings were booked in the first 3 days with offers following. Nick gave a very good service and I ultimately sold with no issues.

Moving house and looking for a property can be stressful but not with Kenneally, from the first phone call with Nick to the move in date was seamless, he was responding to emails in his own time out of hours and all Covid-19 rules were also kept to(social distancing and Facemasks) the credit check facility Vouch is excellent and easy to use. the flat i chose was in pristine condition and i couldn't be happier. i would recommend Nick and his company to anyone looking for a property.

I needed a place quickly in Peterborough to facilitate a new job role and I arranged a viewing with Nick on the same day as my interview. Nick was courteous and professional and showed me around a selection of apartments at Hereward House in Hampton. The building was a new build and the apartments were of excellent quality and finish. I knew that I wanted to stay here immediately. On getting my job offer I arranged with Nick and the team to set up a tenancy. This was all managed very quickly, efficiently and with excellent communication throughout. I was moved in very quickly. There were very few issues with the apartment during my stay but when there were issues for example with the shared areas of the building, the team were on it immediately and matters resolved promptly. The whole process ran smoothly from move in to move out. I highly recommend Nick and the team and their services at Kenneally Property Services if you are in the market for a property in Peterborough and the surrounding area.

The whole process for both letting and renting has been excellent, being kept up to date throughout, and whenever we messaged Nick with a question, he would always respond without delay. I have had the pleasure of being a purchaser of a house previously managed and then marketed by Kenneally Property Services. From the moment of organising a viewing to the moment of Completion, all the staff have been friendly, communicative, polite and efficient. All communication by phone, email or text responded to my queries quickly and effectively.
The difference between Kenneally and other property agents I encountered as a customer, was being dealt with as an individual looking for a home and not a commodity off which to make money.

I rented through this estate agency and had the worst experience ever. They would impose random house visits, threaten you with false 'legal guidance' and charge a fortune as fees. They also tried to rip me off when I moved out for what was 'wear and tear'. Take my word for it, avoid them. Go to another one instead.
