Basel was extremely helpful when purchasing my first flat, answering any and all questions I had about the process, even outside of office hours. He continued supporting me following completion by answering my questions about the flat block once I had moved in. I used their solicitors, Taylor Rose, who were responsive and helpful. I instructed Basel at Homes About to assist me with a difficult tenant and subsequent house sale. From our first contact, Basel was extremely helpful and talked me through all of my options as a landlord. My tenant had mistreated my property and took no responsibility for the condensation issues, despite a full Council report being prepared confirming that they were fully responsible. They left my property a mess, with broken furniture, missing items and a severe mould issue. I would urge anyone reading the reviews to ignore the one left by Abby I. She was my tenant and I can honestly say that everything she has said is untrue and damaging to a local estate agent that has over 20 years experience in his field. Since exiting my property, Basel then assisted me with providing advice on refurbishments and this lead to a quick sale with very satisfied new owners.
