I used Homesabout Lettings when I moved to Peterborough ten years ago and I am happy to say that the services they provided were exemplary and one of the reasons I stayed at my rented property for ten years. As someone who had never rented before Basel and his team provided a professional service and always went above and beyond.
If something was broken or needed repairing Basel always ensured it was assessed within 48 hours of being reported and his network of tradesmen not only got the job done but to a very high standard and never with any complaints.
Over the past ten years it has been a pleasure being a tenant with Homesabout. There are many estate agents in Peterborough but only a few which offer an outstanding service to match Homesabout.
Without a doubt I highly recommend their services to young people wanting to rent after moving out from home and anyone who wants a professional service with a friendly team always willing to help

Basel was extremely helpful when purchasing my first flat, answering any and all questions I had about the process, even outside of office hours. He continued supporting me following completion by answering my questions about the flat block once I had moved in. I used their solicitors, Taylor Rose, who were responsive and helpful. Basel would contact my solicitor on a four weekly basis on his own accord for an update and forward this on to me. Highly recommend both Homesabout and their solicitor Taylor Rose.

Homesabout are professional and at the same time have a good human touch. They help you in all better ways and always been in touch for all your queries. I am very much satisfied with their service. Within 5 working days we got house and along with inventory. Adhering to all COVID rules & regulations of social distancing they completed all processing within very less time as compared to others.
