I would highly recommend Jon and Nicola to anyone looking to sell their property, having used them to sell both mine and my partner's houses. They gave brilliant communication and were very proactive throughout the process, especially during the conveyancing after accepting an offer (Nicola was in regular contact with my solicitor helping to ensure the sale went through without a hitch). It was reassuring to have face-to-face updates from them on how the market was changing and the feedback from viewings, without any pressure to make a fast decision on next steps. I felt they were personally invested in myself and the property, so I felt confident I would be able to sell for the best price.

Jon and Nicola pride themselves on being different to other estate agents and this really is the case. As first time buyers, who’d had some previous negative experiences, we found Nicola and Jon to be refreshing! Their communication and openness was great, and they kept us in the loop at all times through a WhatsApp group. They even provided a lovely welcome hamper when we collected the keys.
Above all, they were helpful, honest and informative even when we had silly questions.

Nicola and Jon are very professional and personable.
We really liked that they created a WhatsApp group for my partner and I, so we were all kept in the loop. This also ensured that one of us could respond quickly for viewing requests if the other was busy. Nicola always provided thorough messages prior to viewings and after with feedback.
Due to personal circumstances we decided to stop "listing' and 'love' our home but when we decide to move in the future, we will definitely ask Nicola and Jon to relist for us.
