“We launched Ewemove in Shrewsbury in 2015 because we wanted to provide a better service than what we had experienced in the past. A fresh approach that really is personal and focused on achieving results for our clients rather than just playing a numbers game that so many agents do. We never miss an enquiry. We offer the ability for clients to book viewings through our website or enquire about properties 24/7 – when most other agents are closed! Viewers / Buyers get that same personal service – because we realise the importance of relationships when it comes to both buying and selling.
We advertise on all of the main property internet portals – including the 2 that have the most traffic: RIGHTMOVE and ZOOPLA! Plus, our own award-winning site.
All of our properties are showcased using professional photography, 3D floor plans, well thought out descriptions – along with premium listings on Zoopla and Rightmove as standard. We do everything to ensure the best level of interest - because that results in the best possible outcome for our clients.
And we don’t believe in gold, silver or bronze packages. We just make sure we do everything we can to achieve the best possible interest – right from the start!
We don’t tie any of our vendors into long contracts - with us you are free to walk away at any time, with NOTHING TO PAY. Many agents tie you in to 12-week contracts – so watch out for that! We also don’t believe in up-front fees – instead we are paid when our clients are happy.
All of your dealings with EweMove will be through Greg, Beverley or Matt. We personally carry out all of the viewings, negotiations and all of the sales progression.
