Spencer Jakeman have rented a bungalow to my in -laws for almost 3 years. They have been professional, thoughtful and easy to correspond with throughout. This is the kind of business very hard to find. They have been so helpful, very responsive and have even answered queries even out of hours, and fast! This is an agency that is small enough to be able to provide real professional advice at the end of the phone. But large enough to be a key player in the area. If you are considering selling, buying or letting out a property, I would certainly give Spencer Jakeman a call. I have been through the process of buying and I use them to manage a couple of rental properties. Steve Jakeman in Shrewsbury works extremely hard and is always responsive to any questions I have. They may not be the biggest agent in Shrewsbury but their customer service is right up there.... Read more
