Recently moved into house in the West Midlands, relocating from Yorkshire. Steve our letting agent has been brilliant in helping us sort this all out from a distance and working with us to come view the property when we would be able to. The house is good at a reasonable price and so far the little jobs that needed doing Steve's sorted out within a day or two. Decent and helpful.

Spencer Jakeman have rented a bungalow to my in -laws for almost 3 years. They have been professional, thoughtful and easy to correspond with throughout. This is the kind of business very hard to find. They have been so helpful, very responsive and have even answered queries even out of hours, and fast! (In particular thank you to Steve and Bela) Sadly the rental came to an end, but the way it was dealt with resulted in minimum stress to us, and we are very grateful. A superb company who you can trust 100%

Excellent service in turbulent economic times! My house sale fell through twice with the uncertainly around Covid-19 but they have pushed through and generated a lot of interested online even during lockdown and now we have completed.

Five stars for these guys, if only for dogged determination to sell my house..! An unusual property in a difficult market, these guys' persistence and expertise paid off. This is an agency that is small enough to be able to provide real professional advice at the end of the phone. But large enough to be a key player in the area. As a client you get expert creative marketing, and hands-on professional viewings. All for a competitive price. I would use them again.

If you are considering selling, buying or letting out a property, I would certainly give Spencer Jakeman a call. I have been through the process of buying and I use them to manage a couple of rental properties. Steve Jakeman in Shrewsbury works extremely hard and is always responsive to any questions I have. They may not be the biggest agent in Shrewsbury but their customer service is right up there.
