We would 100% recommend Mike and Ewemove for buying and for selling. We chose Mike to market our property as he was selling the one we wanted to buy. He is knowledgeable, approachable at all times, drama free, and appears to genuinely care about working for you to ensure a smooth process. I don’t know if we were lucky or Mike worked his magic behind the scenes, but our buying and selling experience was totally smooth and painless. Not often you can say that about moving house!
He responds super quick to queries big and small and was reassuringly calm and supportive throughout

Throughout the whole process, Mike was friendly and knowledgeable, and always very quick to respond to any questions we had.
He knows the market very well, and arranged plenty of viewings for an open day, which suited us. He also performed the viewings himself, which took the pressure off us.
When things got a bit stuck further up the chain, Mike worked tirelessly to keep things running smoothly, talking to us about why things were happening, and keeping our buyers on board too.

I would recommend Mike at Ewemove 100%. He sold two of my properties :) the 1st my main home the 2nd a tenanted property through auction, enabling me to go on and purchase my dream/forever home. We had issues with the chain, Mike and his team were able to iron out the problems and kept all parties updated.

We have been really impressed with Mike at Ewemove. We liked a property that he was selling and have been impressed from the very first step in the process. He is thoroughly professional but also approachable and offers information and genuine advice regarding the properties he is selling. He goes above and beyond.
As part of this buying/selling process we have found that communication is a big thing that a lot of estate agents struggle with. Mike has been fabulous at keeping us informed and checking in. Although it now looks like we won't be buying this particular house with Mike, we would still thoroughly recommend him. He is by far the best estate agent we have interacted with, and we have viewed a lot of houses!

We found our dream house before ours was currently on the market. We had Mike (and other estate agents) around to value our and Mike stood out a mile for his passion, dedication and also he showed that he wanted to do everything he could to help us get the house we wanted!
We instructed Mike who worked tirelessly to find us a buyer- which he found!
This wasn’t a surprise as the way he marketed our property was fantastic! The images could have been in a magazine, and his videos and descriptions were fantastic!
Unfortunately, due to no fault of ours or his, that we lost that buyer late on in the process! We thought we’d lost our dream house too but Mike was there every step of the way and sold our property for the exact same money to a new buyer just one week later! This meant we didn’t need to invest any more in to our ongoing purchase and we could still have our house!
Mike worked tirelessly through out the whole process, there were many twists and turns, and no question was too small. What you get with EweMove (that you wouldn’t get anywhere else) is his availability to be there on the end of the phone whenever you need him. I’ve contacted him Sundays at 9pm and he’s replied! It really gives you reassurance!
He works with a great teams at CompleteASAP, our case handler was Rachel and again, she was amazing!

I would use Mike and EweMove again!, we was with a larger and "popular" estate agent for about 4 months who did practically zero to get the property sold, then went with EweMove and from the get go, Mike was suggesting and give advice on how to get it over then line and after being with him for a week we had a buyer, then during the sale process the normal(ish) headaches and issue, Mike again came through and got answers when we needed them.

Mike is right when he says Ewe move don't just sell your house, they help you move!
I'd been on the market with another estate agent for 12 weeks before speaking with Mike at Ewe move. Although I had viewings, the communication and customer service I'd received from the previous EA was awful.
Ewe move took the nicest photos of my house, alongside a promotional video. Compared with the previous EA my experience was that Ewe Move actually took the time to make sure the photos gave a 'feeling' of the house, not just standard room shots. They sold my house with the first viewing 2 days after going live with them.
That's not where it ended though! Fast forward 3 months and although my sale with him went smoothly (we could've completed within 8 weeks!), my onward purchase was a complete nightmare!
Ewe Move was there to support me with calls to the sellers' estate agents, solicitors and to just generally listen/advise. Through every drama, Mike was there to help me not only sell my house but to help me actually move! After experiencing what mainstream estate agents do (after using one myself and being at the receiving end of buying off one) I can honestly say if ever I sold a house again I'd only use Ewe Move. I knew I wasn't just a number to promote someone's business on the for sale board, I was actually partnered and motivated to sell and move. I couldn't have asked for anything else. EweMove were the estate agent selling the property we bought. Mike was the estate agent we dealt with. We can honestly say from the moment we viewed the property, EweMove were there every step of the way helping us. Mike arranged viewings quickly and guided us through the whole process. Nothing was too much. The advert, created by EweMove including a detailed video, captured the property perfectly and showed all the best features of the property. One of the main things you want when selling your house.
On moving day, Mike contacted us all excited for us because it was our special day and met us at the property with a bottle of fizz and a hamper full of treats and goodies. Where do I start?! I thought I'd look through all the other reviews first to see how they worded their reviews and it looks like it's all already been said! I'd certainly place him way above the other well-known local agents for honesty, integrity and getting the job done. If you don't want to be kept informed or be listened to then choose someone else with their fancy brochures. If you don't want someone personable that will give you quality advice then use one of those Stafford agents with an 'award winning photographer' or one that has a window in town that boasts about how many houses they've sold.
I'd definitely choose Mike 'the hat' again and recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

We met Mike after wanting to view one of Ewe Moves houses. He was very helpful and guided us through the listing. He knew lots of information about the building and the area, telling us bits and pieces about the way things had been organised and changed, what we could do if we brought it and wanted to change anything. We are so glad we decided on Mike and Ewemove. A fantastic experience. We considered carefully our options with all the state agents and found that although not the cheapest quote, the service, thought and energy that went into our house marketing and sale were amazing. Everything with Ewemove is personal, and that’s what we wanted. Mike took care of viewings and enquiries himself unlike other estate agents. So he knew about us, and knew about the house. We had offers within minutes of the first viewings When it came to the finer details moving forward , he used a fantastic company who made sure everything ran smoothly too. From our first call to Mike, to sale completion day, it was 2 months !!!! Incredible. If you want to sell your house, this is the way forward. Be careful though!! Not only is Mike warm, friendly and honest he has been incredibly attentive, flexible, supportive and communicative which was really important to us. Mike is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions we had throughout the entire process - he was also super helpful when we needed support with the home we were purchasing!
When we started our sales journey Mike came the same day we contacted him to introduce himself, talk us through the process and how he works and value our house - in comparison we had to wait 10 days for this to happen with other estate agents.
To add to this the photos, video, floor-plan and advert were all amazing - they really stood out against other adverts!

I met with Mike from EweMove who has helped to let my rental property. He has been prompt and very helpful every step of the way, with great knowledge and he has explained everything clearly during the process. He’s kept me as updated as I have wanted to be and been very approachable when I have needed information. Communication has been consistent and informative. He’s remained professional and added a personal touch with his friendly and helpful personality during the whole experience, especially when I was undecided on which application to pick - he was there with facts rather than opinion. The turn around from contacting Mike for the initial viewing to letting the properly was very quick, and he went above a beyond to ensure the tenant was assisted in moving in very quickly.
I chose EweMove as they offered the most from their management fee in comparison to 4 other agents around Stafford, more so with the fact there weren’t any hidden costs or extras fees, which I found to be a great quality from the company. The whole process of selling our house was made so much less stressful by having Rachel & Mike involved. Their professionalism, communication and even creativity from start to finish were exceptional.
There was never a time when we didn’t know what was happening or where we were in the process. Mike updated us whenever anything happened or needed to be done, even when there wasn’t an update, just to let us know where we were, what we were waiting for and why.
Mike even made himself available evenings and weekends when needed. Honestly, above and beyond doesn’t cover it. They were prompt, professional, and kind and they even helped out after the keys were exchanged.

As a buyer we loved Mike’s photos of the house we viewed. However, it was the video which really stood out. It wasn’t just a video of pictures with annoying music or one of those click to move round the house ones. It was a proper video where you could really judge the size of the rooms and get a real feel of the property.
We then met Mike for a viewing and he was not like the other estate agents we have met at other properties. He was friendly, genuine and actually knowledgable about the property when we asked questions.

Mike has been nothing short of a godsend whilst we have been selling our home. Nothing was too much trouble, even when we were experiencing issues with the vendors we purchased from, Mike went above and beyond and actually helped us deal with those issues too, even though he didn't have to. We didn't have to deal with viewings, everything was done in one open day, and even when the offer we initially accepted withdrew, he already had a back up plan which resulted in us actually recieving more for our property than the original offer. He's straight talking without legal jargon and breaks everything down that's needed. Even when I had an unexpected death to deal with during everything, he dealt with my tantrums and kept us much calmer. Had we not had his support, I doubt we would be in our new home now. To top it off he was amazing at involving our kids in the move, and they now proudly wear his keyring on their backpacks ???? thanks again Mike for making it a smoother journey than it potentially could have been ! Mike at Ewe Move in Stafford has been amazing from start to finish. Not only is he really knowledgeable in sales and marketing properties, but whatever we have asked of him he went above and beyond!
From the amazing video of our property to the open day to doing all the viewings for us, Mike has been on hand 24/7.
We believe it’s unfair that our sale has been passed back to our old agents as our buyer was from their enquiry, this had to be the case. Especially as we asked them for an open day and proper video of the house (both which they refused to do for us) and they had our property for 12+ weeks with no sale, whereas Mike from Ewe Move got us the sale amount we wanted in 2 weeks!
Thank you Mike for all your help and support over the past couple of weeks and we will definitely be telling our friends to market their properties with you!

If you are someone that feels they probably don’t really need an estate agent, that they are all much of a muchness and it’s best to go with the one that values your property the highest… we would completely understand. In fact until we met Mike @ EweMove we would of challenged, you might as well use purple bricks, do the work yourself and save some money!
But….then we met Mike - well he was recommended by so many friends that we agreed we would get him up for a valuation and see what all the fuss was about!
Right from the initial enquiry the experience has been different, Mike truly goes above and beyond to ensure the property enters the market in the right way (who knew this was a thing) at the right time and at the right price (not just the highest price, this just causes issues later down the line)
He has changed our view of estate agents, well that might be a step too far, but Mike isn’t an estate agent, we have found him to be so much more! The images were a little different with a fresh look & the video & social marketing to go with the listing are unrivalled.
We honestly couldn’t recommend him highly enough, worth every penny & he will be there from you from start to finish.

I had 3 Estate agents come to value my house, but I went with Ewemove because I immediately got a great sense of integrity from Mike, and he hasn't let me down. He is very careful to set realistic expectations, and he really is there with you every step of the way sharing in the ups and downs of the entire process. We've had loads of good advice, and his support really is 24 hours (I don't know when he gets to sleep!). In November 2021 we viewed a house listed by Ewe move estate agents in Stafford. After meeting Mike at the property, my wife and I really liked the property. A few hours after visiting the property Mike, phoned us and asked us if we were interested? which we were and put an offer in, on the condition that it was taken off the market, and any more viewings cancelled. Mike seamed extremely helpful and even set a WhatsApp group with him, my wife and myself. We then instructed our solicitor, and received the memorandum of sale from Mike.
As we waited for the memorandum of sale for our property to be completed, little did we know Mike was still conducting viewings on the property. Mike assured us that everything was fine and that our offer was secure. When our memorandum of sale was sent to Ewe move, we asked if the house would now be marked as sold STC Mike messaged us and said "it sure will" . Later that day Mike phoned us and told us that the vendors had received another offer on the property, and if we wanted to continue the purchase we would have to up our offer.
Annoyingly we increased our offer but was still outbid by another person.
I understand that these things happen. The annoying part of this whole thing was that Mike reassured us during the whole process and kept telling us that our offer had been secured.
Mike lied to us and in our opinion misled us during the whole process, continuing to conduct viewings on the property.

Mike was faultless. Absolutely outstanding performance. We had some issues with the buyers solicitor and without Mike’s involvement I feel it would of fell through.
Mike suggested advertising offers in excess. I was doubtful as I didn’t like this style of advertising however I was wrong. Mike secured an offer over asking price within the first week I believe.
We’ve dealt with multiple estate agents over the years and Ewemove is by far the best. Easy, friendly and professional. I think the best attribute of Mike is that he’s dedicated. You often hear from estate agents that you’ll have a dedicated property manager who will know you and your property, this has never been the case in my previous experience. Yet with Mike at Ewemove it’s definitely the case. He’s the only person I ever spoke to during the sale. Always available and always willing to sort what you need.
I’ve generally hated estate agents due to previous dealings. Mike has been a massive exception and has restored my faith slightly. He’s certainly rare.

100% Recommended. Mike is an absolutely fantastic estate agent. He made our house move incredibly seamless, and did nearly all of the hard work for us. The photos and property description was top notch, the listing on various online portal was also very high quality, especially when I compared it to some of my neighbours. We got over asking (and asked for over what other estate agents were even willing to list it at) and I believe a large part of this was how well marketed the property was.
I was expecting the move to be stressful and I think without Mike it probably would have been, but he made everything so much easier (photos, viewings, offers, negotiations, solicitor chasing). He did a huge amount of chasing various solicitors and other estate agents down in the final stages of the sale to ensure everything completed on time.
Mike service is worth every penny.

I have been so impressed with this company and Mike. After booking a viewing he rang to confirm and to get to know us as a buyer. He had an answer for our questions when viewing and rang later on to get our thoughts on the property we viewed. Me and my partner didn't want to put an offer in with that particular property, but he was so lovely offering to help us find our first home. We received a flyer through the door regarding a valuation appraisal of our property, as we are interested in selling in the not so distant future we wanted to get a valuation of the property to see if we could achieve what we need in order to make our move more financially viable. Mike come into our property with full PPE to be COVID secure, he was very professional and took time to understand what we wanted to achieve in our future. The property was then walked around and comments were made on the improvements we completed within the property. Mike was honest with us and gave us a valuation exactly what we had in mind. Overall Mike was very professional and took time to understand us. Would highly recommend.
