We sold our house within 2 weeks at a time when the market is slow. Other members of staff were also very helpful when arranging viewings. We would definitely recommend using Roger Parry.

We were under pressure to sell our property since we had already found the property we wanted to buy, Roger Parry came to value the property very quickly, provided an accurate valuation to sell quickly and put the house on the market very quickly.
The viewings were well organised and the team tried to get feedback whenever possible.
Everyone was very helpful and friendly, Jo in particular was extremely efficient, easy to speak with and lovely to work with.

Friendly and considerate service. The agent knew the market and sold my house within a week of the advertising and for higher price than advertised. It was my reluctance to put higher price as suggested by the agent as I wished to sell fast, but the price achieved was as suggested by the agent. Highly professional and efficient. Would happily recommend this agent.
