Holland Broadbridge were recommended to me when I needed to have a property valued. I have been extremely pleased with the service I have received. All staff that I have had contact with have been very pleasant. Alex, who did the valuation was exceptional. He rang to discuss the valuation the next day having previously researched other similar local properties. He was thoughtful in assuring the tenants that I was not selling. Alex is professional, efficient and friendly and I would like to say thank you!

Having recently pursued a viewing arranged through Peter Harris of HB, I was absolutely ‘blown away’ by the response I received. Where do I begin????
Peter was one of the most charming, warm-natured and helpful
sales negotiators I have ‘ever’ had the pleasure to discuss properties with. A wonderful presence throughout and an absolute pleasure to have had in-depth discussions with…….so much so, that you feel you’re the only person that matters! What a credit Peter is to HB????

Holland Broadbridge were the letting agents for our flat from 2007 to 2024. Naturally, over this length of time, there were a few hiccups with getting repairs carried out, but overall HB provided a good service and ensured the flat was always let to suitable tenants. They handled the sometimes delicate relationship between landlord, tenant and maintenance contractor professionally.
When we decided to sell the flat, another level of complexity was added. James and Harry in Sales secured our desired quick sale. Charlotte and Fiona in Lettings worked hard with our tenants to find them a suitable new flat to rent and liaised with Harry and James in Sales - who liaised with the buyer - to ensure we could handover a clean property on the buyer's preferred completion date.
There were several moving parts in the closing few weeks - not helped by difficulties in pinning down contractors to undertake essential repairs. However, we were pleased when the efforts made by both Lettings and Sales led to a smooth and prompt sale. (We are also grateful to Fiona for stepping in when Sales were a little tardy in actioning a small agreed refund after completion.)
If ever we needed to buy/sell/rent/let another property in Shrewsbury, we'd be happy to use Holland Broadbridge again.

I had a valuation of my house with Alex Bebb he was the nicest person ever. He gave me all the options he had taken the time to look up other properties in the area that had sold to help give me an idea of prices they had sold for. He listened to what I had to say. I will be recommending him to other people. I would also like to thank Gary Holland for taking the time to phone me and see that everything was ok.

I don't normally leave reviews but felt I had to after my latest experience with Holland & Broadbridge. I own 3 rental properties that Fiona & the lettings team have managed for me for the last 16 years. They have always made it a pleasure to deal with and always selected the most suitable tenants that were available at the time. In 16 years the properties have always been rented out and never stood empty. They have always kept me informed of any minor works needed doing & organised the relevant trade to get the job done at a reasonable price.
My Father has recently passed and was a part share owner in the properties so I had to get valuations for probate. I have never dealt with the sales side of the business before and was introduced to Alex Bebb. I cannot thank Alex enough as he was very understanding at this sad time and went about his business in a very professional and respectful manner. He liaised with my tenants and assured them that I was not thinking of selling the properties and sent me email and written valuations all within a few days. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to others.

Dealing with Holland Broadbridge has been a pleasure. We recently engaged with them for a valuation and Alex who attended was a true professional. They had already sold similar properties and brough along the details of those properties a the local research comparisons. Once Alex had assessed our property we had an open and frank conversation about the comparisons and our property and he then suggested a valuation that we completely agreed with. We then had the valuation in writing within 2 days. Great service start to finish.
