Ewe move were the estate agents for our vendors, not for our house sale. However, we found Paul Bottomley to be far better than the state agent we were paying for. He was very informative and ready to give us advice and help.
The bottom line is that Paul was fantastic and I would highly recomend him.

If you are thinking of selling your house you will be pushed to find a better estate agent than EweMove Childwall.
We dealt with Luke when selling Dad's property and he took the stress out of the whole process for us. He was very professional and knowledgeable while also being friendly and approachable.
Luke was very proactive, he managed to get us a lot of viewings very early on and managed to secure an offer within 6 weeks. This was no mean feat as it was shortly before Christmas, not the best of times to be marketing your property.
What I loved about this estate agents is the contactability. Luke was always one step ahead, I never had to chase him for information he was constantly updating me via phone call or text. Throughout the whole sale procedure you are assigned one agent and this just makes things so much easier. Not all estate agents are the same and it can be frustrating when phoning and having to repeat the same conversation with many different people.
All in all I can highly recommend EweMove Childwall and Luke in particular. He managed to turn a stressful process into a simple one.

Paul and Damelza are really knowledgeable about the property business and the local area and have years of experience. The photos, video and write-up were high quality and they took the time to know our property. They didn't disappoint, selling our house quickly, above asking and to a solid buyer. Paul was always at the end of the phone when we needed him, he didn't disappear once the sale was agreed. He was straight talking and to the point and we appreciated the advice both he and Damelza had to give.
If you want experts who are passionate about selling houses, these are your people. Do what they tell you. If you want mediocre employees or profiteers, go somewhere else.

The only way to find out just how professional and leaders in their field EweMove are is to instruct them for your house sale/purchase and you'll have your answer, just like I did. I'm not being paid $ to write this; I'm not getting a discount or a bottle of fizz; but what I am getting is satisfaction knowing that I'm writing a review for a company that from start to finish delivered exactly what they said and did it with style, patience, understanding, humour and above all professionalism. My property sold within 4 days and I believe that was down to how fabulously it was presented with images and truthful descriptions as well as friendly viewing service provided. Whether you're selling, buying or renting you can be assured that EweMove are working for You and want the best possible outcome for You!
I'm so very glad o instructed EweMove but to be fair it wasn't a hard choice as they gained my trust immediately with their open and honest approach and excellent customer service.
Don't just take my word for it, you should always have comparatives, and you'll find out for yourself that they stand out as experts in their field.

Jason is very helpful. Good viewing. But systems such as gas and elec need to be checked and the potential tenants told if they are in arrears and which company services the meters. Other than the testing problems that come with moving house, highly recommend EweMove.

The service we received was nothing less than impeccable. When looking at different agents to value the house, we ended up choosing EweMove because of Paul's genuine, honest conversations with us about what we could expect to sell for.
We felt comfortable and confident that Paul was going to do exactly as promised to get the best for us, and he did. Paul's service was personal and he dealt with everything from start to finish himself. He produced a fabulous video tour of the house and some professional photography which showed our house in the best light possible (when compared to other agents pictures we've seen when scanning Rightmove, these pictures were amazing). He used an open house type approach which made the process of finding a buyer quick and easy and got us multiple offers all in one day. He pushed to get the best price possible for us but also guided us to be realistic in choosing the right buyer. From the valuation to accepting an offer, it was a speedy process and we got a price we were super happy with. Even throughout our journey to purchase our next house, Paul was supportive and went beyond his duty by giving us honest advice in relation to the house we wanted to buy too. Another thing that made it such an easy process was that he was available on the phone to speak to directly when needed, which feels like a bonus when it's so difficult to get anyone on the phone these days.
All in all, I don't think we could have asked for a better agent and would highly recommend Paul to anyone looking for someone who will work hard to sell their house for them. We would definitely use him again should we choose to sell in future!

Firstly contacted Paul at Ewemove more then a year ago in relation to renting a property. After a show around and small interview we was successful in getting the rented house.
Many months down the line, Paul contacted ourselves with the opportunity of purchasing this property and making that first step onto the property ladder.
Here I now am a few short months after that phone call, writing this review from my OWN HOME. I cannot express the level of gratitude I have for Paul at this company.
The professionalism & determination in chasing solicitors, liaising with the seller and even their solicitors, making calls and writing emails well past normal office hours.
You will not find a more dedicated individual to get the job done at the highest of standards.
Simply amazing.

We recently sold our house with Ewemove (Childwall, Woolton and Aigburth). We cannot recommend Ewemove and particularly Jane D enough. I was slightly nervous about the process but Jane made everything run smoothly. The pictures she took for the sale made the house look amazing and made even better by the plants and props that she used to dress the house. It really was an exceptional service that we know we would not have got from all the other high-street estate agents.
When it came to viewings and offers we knew we could trust Evemove and Jane D 110% and she really did get us the best price for our property.
Jane D at Ewemove was with us every step of the way and worked extremely hard from valuation, preparing photographs/sales materials, viewings, getting the best price for us and then ensuring the sale ran smoothly for us once agreed. We knew we were her number 1 priority and would not use anyone but Ewemove in the future.

I recently purchased a home through EweMove. It was on the street I grew up on, near my family and was exactly what I was looking for. When I explained to Paul how much buying this house would mean to me he pulled out all the stops to help me get it. He wasn't pushy like other estate agents have been in the past, he trusted that I really wanted the house and left me to get things sorted with my mortgage lender and conveyancer, but was available when I needed him. I've moved in about 5 weeks ago and I am so happy and settled, Thanks Paul and EweMove!

Paul was absolutely fantastic to deal with. He was always on the other end of the phone when needed and really put my interests first. The main thing that attracted me to use EweMove was the personalised video tours; they give potential buyers a better feel for your property before they come to view vs the slideshow of photos that other high street estate agents use.

We have recently concluded our property sale through Paul Bottomley at the Cleckheaton branch of Ewemove. From the moment Paul responded to our initial enquiry, through to arranging handover of keys on completion, we have received excellent service at every step of the journey. Paul is very experienced and knowledgeable of the housing market in his area. He makes recommendations for the marketing strategy, but does not impose anything on you, instead guiding you through the options. Paul takes care of the viewings for you and always follows up promptly to obtain feedback. He never once failed to return a phone call or respond to a text, usually within minutes, which was such a refreshing change.
When the property was launched Paul succeeded in getting lots of viewings and secured a sale within a few weeks, exceeding our expectations.
We are happy to recommend Paul and EweMove without hesitation. If you want an agent who really works to get your property noticed and sold, then Paul is your man.

We decided to put our house on the market in October 2020, and contacted a couple of agents for quotes. Giovanni responded extremely quickly, gave us an early appointment. When he arrived at our property he was clearly very professional, extremely knowledgable and really personable. Arriving in the midst of Covid regulations, he was Covid secure and warm friendly and at ease with the situation. We stopped seeking further quotes for the sale of our house as, for the cost and the package he offered, together with the professionalism one displayed, we were sure that we were making the right decision. He was full of great advice in relation to the preparation of the house for sale and he took all the pressure off the process off us, and took responsibility for a day of showing viewers around our house. After that day, we had a number of potential buyers, and managed to achieve a sale price above our asking price.
If you are looking to sell your house, with an agent who is responsible, knowledgable and personal and professional, look no further. Giovanni delivers a first class service and the Ewemove package is excellent.

My flat had been on the market for over a year, with no success. Giovanni at Ewemove was recommended to me by a friend. Gio was extremely friendly, and gave good, honest professional advice on presentation and marketing of the property. Within days, Gio was conducting numerous viewings and I soon received a number of offers. Once I had accepted an offer, the agent stayed involved, keeping dialogue open between all solicitors and parties. Not a single call, text, or email from me went without a reply from Giovanni. I am pleased to say that my sale completed last week.
I actually recommended Giovanni to a friend of mine last month. Giovanni had their property sold within two days!

We were shown around a property last week by Paul Bottomley and were extremely impressed.
The property wasn't quite what we were looking for but we found Paul to be professional, knowledgeable, informative and very helpful.
Although we didn't make an offer on this property he agreed to keep us informed of other houses that may be more suitable.
He knew we were visiting with other Estate Agents and wished us luck with our search and informed us that even if he we bought from someone else he was willing to visit and offer advice, he also explained how he could help us to find tenants and manage the property for us if required.
He promised to send us some videos that explained the full process and these arrived in my inbox on the same day and were very clear and concise.
Based on our dealings with Paul so far we would highly recommend him if you are looking to buy or rent a property.

Gio was our agent selling my mum's house after her passing. We would not have been able to show people around due to shift work and living 16 miles away so the sale of my mum's house is solely down to Gio.

We have recently used Ewemove in Childwall to purchase a property and let it out. Giovanni has provided outstanding service throughout the whole process. The purchase was painless and he also supported us in renovating the property by sharing his extensive local knowledge to point us in the direction of some great local builders. Once complete, he provided a competitive price to let out and manage the property. He let the property out within a matter of days and the new tenants moved in very quickly afterwards. Not only did this make the process very efficient, it meant that we could turn around the purchase, complete renovation and letting out of the property in just a few months. We would whole heartedly recommend him and Ewemove Childwall to anyone selling, buying or renting properties.

I was pleasantly surprised when I met Giovanni Tummino at the valuation stage. I expected the usual condescending 'sale speak' but nothing could have been further from the truth. From the offset I was confident that the property was in good hands and I wasn't let down. I received a solid offer within days and throughout the process I was regularly given updates by text or email so I always knew exactly how things were progressing. On occasion, and when appropriate, Giovanni was happy to liaise with other professionals involved in the process on my behalf, which he managed with skill and expertise, which was much appreciated. A truly professional service all round which I would have no hesitation in recommending to others.
