You cannot get hold of anyone here - I've left voicemail messages, sent emails and used the contact us option on their website but to no avail.
That was for both sales and purchase and it does not fill you with any confidence. I can only take it that this is a one man(person) band setup.

Wow factor. Exla is ten times better than other estate agents, because they understand the value of common people. Truly professional. They got potential buyers to our doors. No waste of time. We were struggling with high street agents, after 3 months we changed to Exla and they made it happen. Ben & Chris did great job. Highly recommend. Well done guys!

Selling my ex-local authority flat in West London was not without its own particular challenges but Ben at EXLA was honest with me from the outset and together we tackled each challenge as they appeared, ultimately succeeding in securing a fair price at sale. Chris and Ben were very professional and honest. They didn't only help us sell our flat, but they sold it at the price we wanted. I definitely recommend EXLA London because they have plenty of knowledge and specialise in selling council estate properties. They're also responsive and help to sort out any teething issues that may occur during the sale between seller and buyer. They're honest and will be straight forward with you.
