We received a first class service from Fisher German supporting the recent sale of our property in Worcestershire. From initial recommendations, to brochure and photography, to the manner in which the whole process was handled, everything was super professional! Of particular note was the support given to us by Ellie Lockwood who managed the interactions with other sellers and solicitors in the chain; nothing was too much trouble and she gave us fantastic support despite selling at one of the busiest times in history! We received outstanding service from Fisher German from the outset. Staff were always cheerful and courteous with an excellent upbeat telephone manner. Bookings for viewings were done efficiently and communication was excellent. The brochure was produced very professionally with beautiful photography. Ellie Lockwood, who dealt with our sale, was first class and went over and beyond our expectations. This company is rude and unprofessional. I have rented many houses from many companies and they are usually very eager to assist a potential client. Not so, in the case of this place. They can’t even be bothered to reply to enquires, citing Covid as the convenient reason why, yet other companies have been happy to provide a virtual tour of properties online. I would not like to be in the position of being a tenant of theirs having to report a problem, that’s all I can say.... Read more

Complete waste of time and a pain to deal with. It was my third run with Fisher and German, and every one of them is a pain one has to prepare themselves to go through. Not responding to phone calls and emails. Long waiting time to see a property (1-2 weeks). Every time, I was able to find a much better property through other agencies between the time it took me to book a meeting and attend it. So, effectively, when Im going through properties to rent, if something is with F&G for me it means its unrentable.... Read more

I rented a property from Fisher German (they were "Halls" initially) for about 3-4 years, and can honestly say they are the worst estate agents I have ever had to deal with. We experienced a large water leak at one point from the property above us, and were told that the walls would be repaired and repainted within a few months, and absolutely nothing was done in the 2 years we remained there. We also made them aware of mould issues in the bathroom of the property, and nothing was done about this either despite their assurances. I moved out of the property in October 2018, and despite requesting the deposit on the day I moved out, I have yet to receive it back (it is currently nearly March 2019). They have stopped responding to my emails at this point and seem to now be avoiding me altogether. As this is representative of the customer service I received while I was actually living in the property, I'm not sure why I was expecting any different. If you are a property owner/landlord looking for a managing agent for a property, I sincerely recommend that you avoid this company at all costs. Go with a company that actually cares about the people living in your property and aren't just looking to take money from them. I'm sure they look reasonable at first, and will be happy to take your business, but they'll literally stop caring at that point. Avoid them, and take your business elsewhere. You'll thank me later. And if you are looking for a property to rent, go with literally anybody else. Avoid Fisher German at all costs. Even if it happens to be your dream home, seriously, just avoid them and live somewhere else. You'll thank me later.... Read more
