I got keys quickly and when I brought up a few issues with Natasha once settled in, she got on it straight away. The first man didn't show after I spoke to him but she chased other contractors and got all my issues sorted with in a couple of weeks. Im happy and can't thank her enough, thanks again Natasha and her team at Cottons.

As a first time buyer, everything was a bit confusing for myself but Sarah was always at the end of the phone to answer any questions and responded to emails quickly. Sarah kept me updated throughout the whole process and was very knowledgable, professional and approachable, thank you! Dawn originally dealt with the viewing of the property and was lovely and knowledgeable.

I left the house in a perfectly good condition (confirmed by the landlord) The review they left of the house was awful made out I’d left it in a tip. Also want to charge me a days rent for handing the keys back early when my tenancy ended on Easter Sunday so there was no way I could give the keys back. Even after I gave 6 weeks notice instead of 4. They were closed on the Sunday as it was a bank holiday and subsequently would have been closed on the Monday too. Awful awful people avoid at all costs!!!!!
29th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)Highly recommend!!! I chose to use Your Move, because I liked the idea of using the 'open house' and 'offers over' method of marketing. I have sold several houses over the years and this was by far the quickest, smoothest and definitely most stress free sale I've made. Total transaction time, 9.5 weeks from the first appraisal with Paul to completion. My property was available with vacant possession and I wanted to be able to hand over the keys and just let the agent do what they were being paid to do. This was certainly the case. My sale was handled by Sadie who is clearly very experienced at what she does. She kept me updated with progress on a weekly basis and all communication with her was clear and concise. Your Move were definitely not the cheapest agent on the High Street and Paul was upfront about this at our first meeting. I did have to take this into consideration obviously. However, all things considered, I definitely made the right decision to appoint Your Move and Sadie did a fabulous job. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

They were very helpful and supportive throughout the whole of my tenancy with them. Very easy to access for any queries or problems that I had and made sure I was dealt with straight away. I couldn’t have asked for a better letting agent to start my renting journey. Thank you Oakton Estates. I pray God blesses each and every one of you on the team abundantly, you are all great.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
