Really helped to keep our move ticking along and even held us out with our own sale despite being the agents for the house we were buying rather than selling! 10/10, kind, compassionate and easy to get hold of whenever you had an issue. We will absolutely be using AP Morgan whenever we next move (which hopefully won’t be for a very long time!)

14th Mar 2026 (6 mo. ago)I rented a flat in Bromsgrove for a couple of years. Overall, the landlord and maintenance team were helpful with most maintenance issues and were generally responsive when something needed fixing. However, there was an ongoing issue with black mould in the property. This was often attributed to tenant lifestyle, although there were ventilation concerns outside the property, including a vent that was partially covered by concrete which may have contributed to the problem. I also found that whenever I reported issues by email, the landlord would usually respond with a phone call rather than replying in writing. While communication did happen, it meant that concerns and discussions were not always formally logged Reason I moved out because I was having health issues so I would highly suggest looking into the property before

Always responsive and proactive in ensuring all matters were being chased and always a friendly service. I would have no hesitation in using Hannah again. Thank you

9th Sep 2026 (8 days ago)What a great service!<br>Chris turned up for an initial valuation. He was very well prepared and could evidence many local properties and what they had sold for. He had really done his homework!<br>Very pleasant and easy to talk to, to ensure we got the right valuation for our property.<br>Dom did the photos on the Wednesday and the property went live on Thursday, the following day!<br>Amber picked up the baton next, and on the following Monday, did THREE viewings. All of them made offers on the Tuesday, and within an hour she had secured a sale!<br>Very efficient people, high quality from first door knock to sale agreed.<br>I would recommend this Estate Agent to everyone.
