We were buyers for a property which Fisher German were selling and initially dealt with Mitchell Glassey at their Stafford Office. As things progressed and the sale was agreed, William Green took over. I have only good things to say about both individuals concerned and their experience and professionalism really shone through. As a buyer, you don't get to choose your estate agent but as a seller you do. Without a doubt, I would recommend them to anyone thinking of selling in the areas they cover. Five stars.

We used Fisher German to sell our house in January 2022. Mitchell completed our valuation and assisted in getting the house on the market. Viewings were conducted by Mitchell and Lizzie who were always very easy to deal with. I would certainly use Fisher German should we move house again and would recommend them to anyone looking to sell.

We have used many Estate Agents over the years and often been less than impressed. From start to finish dealing with Fisher German has been a pleasure. Extremely professional but also friendly and approachable, Mitchell was very confident on his valuation and achieved a great price for us and the marketing of the property was first rate. All viewings were accompanied and we were just able to leave them to it. They sold the property in 10 days and then followed through with getting a difficult chain through to completion. I will not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to anyone.

I was a purchaser of a property marketed by Fisher German . I found the service provided by the team to be exceptional . They did a first rate professional viewing of the property and any questions they could not answer then they came back to me with the answers within 24 hours . I did some follow up viewings which they facilitated with a smile. It was clear they knew the market and were expert and precise in their advice . Highly recommended. Should I decide to sell in due course and move on they will be my first call . Of particular mention was Mitchell Glassey who was a consummate professional.

After initially struggling to sell with another agent, Mitchell Glassey at Fisher German was a breath of fresh air. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he'd phone up on a regular basis to update us. We quickly achieved several 'above asking price' offers, and I have no doubt this is down to Mitchell's hard work and focus. William then took over and handled the sale through to completion, ensuring things ran smoothly for our buyer. An amazing Estate Agents and I can whole heartedly recommend.

Have recently sold via Fisher German and I cannot speak highly enough of Rosemin, Sam and Victoria. Vicky priced the house correctly, oversaw the photos and marketing which resulted in 3 parties going to best and final offers on our property. Their support throughout was unrivalled. A special thanks to Vicky who oversees the team. I wouldn't hesitate to use Fisher German again and would highly recommend to anyone in the area.

They are not honest.
Do not trust their auction site. They use the Bamboo auction platform and have the ability to put fake bids on the properties up to the reserve price. Then they will call you after they’ve placed their fake bid in the hopes you’ll bid. Countless times I was told incorrect information, do not trust.

Hi Stuart,
There is no misunderstanding thank you. When I say Fake Bidders, I mean the agent can place bids on the property up to the set reserve. I spoke to the director of Bamboo Auctions, the auction platform you use. He explained that the feature is there to do this and that the vendors/agents can use it.
It was clear Fisher german had placed bids. As literally seconds later I was called by Fisher German notifying me of a bid being placed. Two bids were placed in total just under the reserve. A strategy to try and get me to bid.
I did not complete the ID check for the platform as I had no intention to bid above the starting price as it was too high. Clearly as it did not sell. I then received a phone call after it had finished stating the vendors had decided to put it back on the market at £385,000. However the two bids you received on the platform were well above this figure, Strange. It seems the two bidders had disappeared. When asked about this I just got some nonsense story.
Thanks for the reply, but as I say, It's pretty clear to me.
