I would absolutely recommend Arden if you want your house sold by a professional team who care about you every step of the way. The advice and guidance I received when selling my house enabled me to get a much better price than I expected and….the house was sold STC within three days! My only extremely minor criticism is you do get get emails from a variety of staff and I understand this is because they all have different functions/expertise with regards to selling your property. It is nice to deal with just one person for everything, but everyone I had contact with provided excellent customer service. Thank you team Arden!!

From quote & valuation to sale, Arden Estates' team made sure everything went smoothly. It was easy to arrange viewings, which Arden handled, and field offers. Arden also made sure we had access to solicitors, mortgage advice, and plenty of contact to keep us up-to-date with progress throughout. They also made sure our (first-time) buyers were guided through the purchase process, which gave us great peace of mind.
If you're selling a house in the Bromsgrove area, I can't recommend Arden Estates highly enough!

I've had dealings with quite a few estate agents over recent months. I must say that the team at Arden are easily the most professional that I've dealt with. I've recently used Arden on a property I was interested in, which in turn led to marketing my property. They were friendly, professional and responsive. The advice received both as a buyer and seller was sensible and demonstrated a great knowledge of the local market, with sensible discussions about the best way to proceed. They seem to be a big team, but it doesn't seem to matter who you speak to, you get an equally friendly and positive response. Location is very handy.

I have dealt with Arden Bromsgrove several times over the last 12 months for a couple of transactions. They are always super helpful and quick to respond to queries. Sarah Massey deserves a particular mention but all the staff are brilliant. I love their new offices near the M42 junction - so much more convenient and comfortable than the old office in Bromsgrove town.

Really good selling experience with Arden, they achieved 5% over the asking price too. Some of the staff are hit and miss, but the majority were really helpful and we're pleased we chose Arden, even though there were lower fees offered.
Finding a new home was very difficult, and we did think they could have been more proactive in helping given their dominance in the market, though in the Summer, houses were pretty much selling themselves - we will definitely use Arden again.

House Sale through Arden Estate Agent.
We have recently sold our house and now moved on to our new home, we decided to use Arden’s (Bromsgrove Branch) for the sale, following research into local agents as well as a gut feeling during and after the valuation.
I have to say that I found the entire experience from the Estate Agent perspective superb, the website access to see viewings pending, past viewers feedback etc is a great tool for managing viewings and also adjusting anything in the house that viewers may have provided negative information on.
Everyone I have spoke to at their offices during the sale process were always professional and helpful, my shout out would be for Jayne who kept me regularly informed (and sane) throughout.
I would recommend anyone considering selling a property to seriously consider Arden’s, they have great knowledge of the local area and provided us with a first class service from start to finish.

Wow, what can I say? Arden Estates have been absolutely incredible!! I would thoroughly recommend anyone thinking of selling their property to use Arden. Each member of staff were tentative and made you feel extremely valued, whether this being those valuing the property, showing you around, offering financial advice or the after sales.

I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Arden. My house was sold within 5 days of going on the market and the team at Arden worked solidly on my behalf, relieving the pressure on me. Nothing was too much trouble.
I have also sold a second house with Arden. This house was initially up for sale with a competitor and didn't sell after 12 weeks. Put the house through Arden and again it was sold within a week.
Ardens are the only Estate Agent I will ever use in the future to sell a property and my preference would be to purchase through them.
Highly recommended, don't use anyone else. Also, their relationship with the Solicitors is spot on.

Absolutely the worst letting agent.I applied to let a property they manage.They kept me on a loop for 4 days had to call them 3 times and they did not give me a yes or no answer.And then let the property to someone else, which I came to know from the website. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Relocating from Scotland I was registered with all the local agents, but Arden’s stood out from the rest Sarah, Jacqui, Christine, Charlotte and Marie (and probably some others I have missed off) were all really helpful. Knowing I had to travel from Scotland with young kids to view houses, everything was made really smooth. Impartial advice to myself and my wife on local areas when it came time to offer proved invaluable.Even after acceptance of the offer these guys continued to offer information on the area we made a successful offer in. Good, straight talking and honest guys. Recommended to anyone.

I have never met such an arrogant and unfriendly bunch of ppl. They decided they don’t like us just because we don’t have English surname.
No matter what we did, the arrogance was tangible and looking down on us.
Arden as company should rethink their approach to costumers.
After all they live of the commission made of their sale of properties.
Lying while looking you in the eye is their MO.
I thought we live in Britain not Germany of 1933 and being racist and not wanting to work with ppl who have non English surname and slight accent is all hallmark of Racist evviroment.
There is no 0 otherwise I would have put that on this review.
I suggest you retrain your staff and change your attitude towards costumers
Don’t judge book but it’s covers, and you do with EVERY person going thru your doors.
I wouldn’t use them even that’s means never selling or buying house ever again...
You are emberasment to the profession!

We rent through Arden and I don't think communication is a strong point of there's when ever someone turns up to fix something it's for a different job to the one that needs doing, they never get back to you. I would be hesitant to rent through them again.
