At some points during the sale I was concerned that my buyer would pull out of the purchase but I was kept updated throughout the process and we have finally exchanged contracts. I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Arden. My house was sold within 5 days of going on the market and the team at Arden worked solidly on my behalf, relieving the pressure on me. Nothing was too much trouble.

I have also sold a second house with Arden. This house was initially up for sale with a competitor and didn't sell after 12 weeks. Put the house through Arden and again it was sold within a week.

Ardens are the only Estate Agent I will ever use in the future to sell a property and my preference would be to purchase through them.

Highly recommended, don't use anyone else. Also, their relationship with the Solicitors is spot on.
