Very grateful we ended up with Michelle and Co. to sell our house in 2023.
Shaya was able to organise and attend each viewing, unlike other agents, he knew all the details about the property and gave the viewing all the time. All too often we get told "first time I've been here" and "I've only got 10 mins" when viewing houses with other agents, but not the case here.
The price was very competitive and being able to talk to Hannah was so refreshing in a world of "classic estate agents".
Would use again without hesitation. Thank you

Had an absolutely amazing experience renting with Michelle & Co. Having split with my partner, moving house was not an exciting thought, especially not a week before Christmas either! Blythe gave me so much reassurance and put the excitement into finding me a new property. Her sense of humour made her a pleasure to speak to, and Blythe and Michelle were wonderful in ensuring I was in my new property as fast as possible, with nothing ever being too much of a problem to fix. I won’t be going anywhere else when I next move!

By far the best letting agent I have EVER encountered. They turn up and on time no less! They are on it, professional and super helpful. If you are lucky enough to let a property from these folks, you will have paperwork sorted, details given, broken things fixed all in days and follow up calls afterwards to make sure everything is ok.The tradespeople they send round are also wonderful. Keep up the great work Michelle & Co!

I had an amazing experience as a tenant with Michelle & Co. Properties. If you need a house or flat, you just need to contact them and they will sort out everything for you. I’d like to thank Michelle and co for all of their help and support with recently moving into a new property. I feel that Michelle particularly always goes above and beyond, as well as Blythe and all other team members. I have rented a couple of properties through Michelle and co and highly recommend them for their personal touches, as well as being thorough and keeping tenants up to date. The service you will receive from Michelle is second to none. The only estate agent who treated us with genuine consideration of our needs and wants. Calls were always returned and during the whole process I cannot fault the service we received. We all know about the reputation held by estate agents but i can honestly say that Michelle & Co Properties are the exception. I highly recommend both Michelle herself and the company she heads.

We were recommended to Michelles by a neighbour. From the first contact to the conclusion of the sale they proved to be completely reliable, very helpful and professional. Each aspect of the process was explained clearly and in sufficient detail. The website particulars, including their excellent photos, really showed the house to the best effect. Viewings were arranged with some good potential purchasers, always at our convenience. The enthusiasm for their work always came across whether talking to potential purchasers or answering our queries. Having spoken to other people who used some of the high street Estate Agents, I am really glad we chose Michelles.I have no hesitation in recommending Michelles very highly.
