We have recently sold our house using Your Move. The team there, Paul, Mark and Jo did an amazing job with viewings and keeping us updated.
When we decided to sell we spoke to 3 agents and we quickly settled on Paul and Your Move. The others suggested some very ambitious (and unrealistic) prices and some quite expensive changes to the house.
Paul was great, we agreed on a realistic sale price that Paul was able to explain using supporting evidence and it left us reassured that we had put our trust in the right person and company. We had an offer in 6 weeks and we could not be happier.
I would highly recommend Your Move over any other estate agent in the area.

Having sold our home through a different estate we were on the lookout for a rental property to move into. Having viewed a property with yourselves some months prior to putting ours on the market, Your Move made contact following the quick sale on our current home to see whether we needed help in finding our next home, which we did.
Chloe and Pete have been extremely helpful, as we gave some specifics on what we needed ideally on our next family home but also the areas we wanted to move to. Following which, the team were very proactive and kept in regular communication with us as and when anything suitable came to market.
We have secured a lovely property in a beautiful location which accommodates everything we need, and are very much looking forward to moving in. We can't thank the team enough who have liaised with the landlord on several occasions and helped us with our long list of queries and several visits along the way.

I met with Paul and was refreshingly impressed. He was down to earth and I liked that he appeared to be direct and upfront. I instructed him and he created a WhatsApp chat which was so much better than communication with previous agents. We are buying a property with Your Move at the moment and they have been nothing but efficient throughout the entire process. Answers within 1 hour and acknowledgement of your email within minutes. Mark Castro has been particularly helpful and allowed us to ask as many questions and take all the time we needed during our second viewing of the house. He knew all of the information we were querying. He has also been very quick and efficient when dealing with arranging for our surveyor to go to the property and was booked in within an hour of instructing them. As we are first time buyers, we have had a lot of queries about the process - Mark and Paul have been a great help along the way guiding us by outlining exactly what we need to do. These are by far the most helpful and responsive estate agents I have come across in Bromsgrove. Mark has made us feel valued and appreciated; he has treated us like people and not like a number - we have often felt like another number with other estate agencies when there have been a lot of viewings for a property.

We have sold a family members house with Your Move and the sale has been looked after by Paul Bennett, I honestly can not speak highly enough of this estate agent. With every other house we have bought and sold (in another part of the U.K.) we have found once the property is under offer, the estate agent has not been interested or involved. Paul has been the exact opposite of this, always in communication with us and our buyers, at all times of day and night and weekends. He has personally taken ownership of this sale and chased out solicitor’s and the buyers. He also sold the property within 5 days! We feel we’ve got the best estate agent in Birmingham and it’s made the sale of the property extremely easy and stress free. Rented a property back in 2021. Council tax was included in the contract to be paid by the landlord. Fast forward 3 years and I’ve now found out the landlord never paid it and I’ve got debt collectors knocking at my door for payment.
Written proof from your move that it was included, but Your move and the landlord are refusing to accept responsibility.
Avoid this company like the plague!

I have had several dealings with Your Move Bromsgrove in recent years. Paul the Manager/Associate Director is brilliant. Non of the usual Estate Agent bull, just direct straight responses / views and actions. We cant recommend him and his team highly enough. In additions to sales/purchases we have just decided to let a property to rent. We contacted Paul and he was happy to help with the deal. Paul handed this process to Chloe who heads up the lettings team. Whilst we are only in the referencing stages we cant fault Chloe. Communication was a little poor. Which I think ultimately lead to the deal falling through. After waiting 6 weeks I was updated with news that confirmed we were really no further along.
Their mortgage adviser Craig W was good to begin with. After I paid him £500 and the initial deal fell through, I went for a different property and Craig asked me for a further £150 upfront. But I was given advice not to do this. He then agreed to "wave" the fee but was so busy all of a sudden and things were so slow I applied for the new mortgage myself and did it all on my own direct with the lender.
Also he gave me advice that the lender wouldn't be able to lend me the money I asked for and I'd have to increase the deposit by a further £2000. when infact they have leant it me and I didn't need any extra deposit. so that was bad. I'd encourage people to go through companies like L&C or apply direct with the lender. no fees or miss communications that way.

Put my house up for sale autumn 2021 with a tenant in situ due to leave on the following few months. Zero viewing and not a single call from sales at yourmove Bromsgrove to let me know why. There was a good reason - people were trying to view but tenant would not allow. Finally learned this through the lettings department.
I admit it was a tricky situation but a call or email from sales would have been nice to keep me informed.
My property is now for sale again with another local agent and their communication is flawless. I would not put my property in the hands of yourmove again for sales. However, the lettings team were much better although not very proactive.

She was very friendly and knowledgable but also gave us some space to look around the house ourselves. After we had our offer accepted we liaised with Paul who kept us updated every step of the way with weekly phone calls. We appreciated knowing what was going on and his advice on the process. I chose YourMove Bromsgrove to sell my house as I had heard great things. My agent, Malcolm helped to get the process started by visiting me at home as I had a broken foot. Malcolm was swift in getting the house on the market and both he and Paul (the office manager) provided me with great advice throughout.
Both Malcolm and Paul were always available to take a call and provided me with detailed feedback throughout the process. As a result, the sale progressed quickly, and luckily I had a couple of viewings and was able to accept an offer within 3 days.
The house is now nearing completion and I would defintely recommend YourMove Browsgrove to anyone else that is looking to buy or sell a property.

I have rented a property from Your Move for 18 months. My landlord and his wife are a lovely couple and I have had no issues at all with them having come from a local landlord who would never leave me alone and made any excuse to 'pop in' for coffee!!
Sadly, due to personal circumstances surrounding my daughter's health, I have had to move to a property that has downstairs facilities otherwise I would still be there.
Your-Move come highly recommended and upon marketing the property I was due to vacate, they acted quickly and efficiently in ensuring a new tenant was lined up. Having dealt with Paul and the team at Bromsgrove for nearly the last 10 yrs - fully managing a property I rented out through them & then just v recently going on to sell it, I can not fault the service and advice from them. As I do not live local to the property, they have fully managed different tenants in the house which has made my life so much easier! Having recently decided to sell the house, Paul and his team have marketed the house, done 24 viewings and had 9 offers come in for it, in the space of less than 3 days! The house was not in the best of conditions and I was not holding much hope out for it selling quickly or anywhere near the asking price. When Paul phoned me to say they had sold it at £12,000 over the asking price, I thought he was joking!!
