We have sold a family members house with Your Move and the sale has been looked after by Paul Bennett, I honestly can not speak highly enough of this estate agent. With every other house we have bought and sold (in another part of the U.K.) we have found once the property is under offer, the estate agent has not been interested or involved. Paul has been the exact opposite of this, always in communication with us and our buyers, at all times of day and night and weekends. He has personally taken ownership of this sale and chased out solicitor’s and the buyers. He also sold the property within 5 days! We feel we’ve got the best estate agent in Birmingham and it’s made the sale of the property extremely easy and stress free. We’ve already recommend Your Move to friends we have in the area as a result.

I can't fault this estate agent one bit. We brought the house off them three years a go and they were the first choice when we've come to sell it. Paul and the team do an amazing job at not only selling my house quick but their communication is 10/10 from start to finish. They are so understanding and flexible. Bought a house recently with Your Move (Bromsgrove). My point of contact was Mark and - wow, he was incredibly friendly, personable and a joy to deal with. Mark was honest with his assessment of the house, and the two viewings I had were enjoyable and informative enough to convince my partner & I to purchase the house. Mark's communication post-offer was also really good, informing me of documents required, estimated time scales and anything else required. I would definitely recommend Your Move and Mark!

Only had one viewing with Your Move but after having used a lot of estate agents I can say that the experience I had with Your Move outshines the competition. Our agent, Mark, was brilliant. From the start he was welcoming and had a smile on his face. When we were in the property he knew everything I needed to know and was very conversational, putting us at ease in the house. Would recommend these estate agents to anyone.

A Reams
Rented a property back in 2021. Council tax was included in the contract to be paid by the landlord. Fast forward 3 years and I’ve now found out the landlord never paid it and I’ve got debt collectors knocking at my door for payment.
Written proof from your move that it was included, but Your move and the landlord are refusing to accept responsibility.
Avoid this company like the plague!
