This is the third time we have used the Chester office of Fisher German to sell properties and they have always been professional and responsive.
The sale process took less than four months from start to finish and we would certainly look to use them again if the needs arises and also to recommend them.

Fisher Germain and Helen in particular have been absolutely magnificent in every step of the process of Victoria and I getting to live in an amazing cottage in a beautiful English village. I have driven through Bostock Green on so many occasions and often day dreamed about living there and now I get to do that.
Helen has been fantastic from letting us know it had come back on the market to the first viewing through to the handing over of the keys.
Victoria and I are looking forward to spending many years living here and integrating ourselves into the local community.

Had the most horrific experience with this agent. Totally unprofessional. Promised us the house twice. On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

Fisher German Banbury were the agents for our vendor on our recent move and were absolutely fantastic. Alison looked after us so well and ensured that the process went as smoothly as possible. She was incredibly responsive and helpful going above and beyond really helping with any little query. We even got a lovely bottle of champagne when we moved it. We will definitely use FG if we move again.

We put our house on the market on a Friday, 12 viewings over the weekend and five offers on the Monday, with a queue to view of disappointed people. Managed over the asking price and completed some 11 and a bit weeks later. Jo, Molly and Ella in particular were helpful and supportive throughout. Thank you.

I chose Toby at Fisher German to manage the sale of our family home. Sadly my husband passed away a short time into the process. Toby was incredibly sensitive and navigated through some very choppy waters with tact, diplomacy and nothing but kindness. When our first sale fell through, he moved swiftly and quickly secured another. He got to know the situations of all the potential purchasers in detail, which enabled me to make an informed choice about the right buyer for me. He was diligent in following up the chain after some challenges with solicitors and holidays.
