After meet over 15 letting agents, and not enjoying the experience at all, Katie McWilliams has been the first agent that took her time with me to show me around the property's and showed that she cared, which l saw VERY surprised by after my experience with the other agents. Five star from me.

With a heavy heart we are just giving notice on our apartment in the iconic art deco Wallis House (Barratt building) in Brentford. We are moving to New York for a spell with our family. The apartment offers everything we need and we secured it via Fitz-Gibbon. Normally I find letting agents incredibly pushy and the process of securing a new lease is usually truly painful. But FG were, surprisingly, great. Everyone in the office, led by AM Aimee Bruce, has been helpful and friendly and that's been true over the term of our tenancy. But special mention has to made to Katie Mc Williams who acted as the go-between with the owner/property manager. Nothing was too much trouble; Katie got us more than one viewing (and wasn't fazed by a couple of lively grandsons in tow), resolved a number of tricky issues over the furniture, kept things smooth and moving sweetly over the references and finances and by and large got the deal over the line for us without drama. For the first time in our busy lives we actually felt like an agent was acting with our interests at heart almost as much as the client's. And the result has been a fantastic relationship between us and the owner/property manager and a very happy tenancy. We shall always be grateful to Katie and FG and when we return I shall be calling them to help find somewhere equally great for us.

I would like to extend our personal gratitude to Katie and Aimee from the Chiswick Fitz-Gibbon office who were not only professional and courteous in all dealings with us, but went the extra mile to help get my family re-located to London within an extremely tight time frame, saving us not only a fortune financially but relieving me of a highly stressful situation trying? to get a new home for my daughter and myself during an emergency re-location. I have already recommended this office to another lady looking to rent and would happily do the same for anyone trying to navigate the rental market in London. If only all letting agents in London were this efficient we could have saved ourselves a lot of time and stress. Thank you so much!

I have been renting-out my property for the past sixteen years. The Chiswick office of Fitz-Gibbon have been my designated real estate agent for the last few years handling the tenancy renewals and they have done a marvelous job. In particular, Natasha Wilkinson has been fantastic in every aspect and I highly recommend her and the rest of the Chiswick Fitz-Gibbon office for their integrity and high professional standards. I look forward to continuing my relationship with them for many years to come.
