Terrible service Looking for a new house is always a stressful situation. One shouldn't feel rushed or pressurized. After looking at many state agencies it is very clear, from the start, which ones seem to be bothered and which ones don't seem to care at all. As I walked into Winkworth, rather than been greeted with a hello or a good afternoon, the woman, who was seating by her desk, in a completely empty office, mumbled in a very disengaged way " What do you want?" not "How can I help?" or anything around this line.....but "What do you want?" it was almost like I was there to ask for a favour. Anyway, it seems they didn't need me at all and I have just sign a contract for a new house. Paid about 600 in agency fees and I am moving soon. Maybe that money is insignificant for this particular agency. Maybe the lady who asked me what I want should take a few classes in customer service. Maybe visit some of her competitors to learn what to do and how to speak to people.

ASHLEY PARSONS. In this day and age its not very often that you encounter someone who actually wants to be able to help to the best of their ability. Ashley Parsons at the Chiswick office is such a person. From the first time we met I was struck by her very personable manner, honesty and professionalism. Always quick to respond to any queries we had, made a new experience for my sons of renting a property, a relatively easy task. She is a credit to your company.
