We have sold our home with Allen and Harris. Having predominantly dealt with Brendan, Jerome and Tom, we have been delighted by the overall experience. A traditional Estate Agent such as these are always going to be a little more expensive than the online equivalent but suffice to say, our investment has more than paid for itself. We had to sell quickly so as to avoid being disappointed by our new home being sold to somebody else. Brendan realised the urgency straight away and before photos were even taken of our property, the listing was ready on the website. Everything was taken care of expertly, even the way our children were ‘entertained’ when we had to go into the office and couldn’t arrange childcare. Nothing was too much trouble. I’d most definitely recommend Allen and Harris to anybody looking for a reliable, professional service. The guys mentioned above have gone above and beyond from the start to sort the sale for us - the result being... We have just bought our dream home.
