I used this estate agency to let and manage a property that I own in the west midlands. The service that I had from them was nothing short of appaling. The agency failed to follow instructions, lost keys to the property and (in my opinion) did not manage the property satisfactorily. The focus of this branch seems to be totally on revenue generation and not on delivering a value added service to their customers. One to avoid in my opinion
