Thank you so much for always providing an excellent and friendly service. My partner & I have lived in one of their flats for nearly 4 years and have been very happy with our treatment the whole time. Any issues we needed sorting out would be completed no problem in very good time. When we had an issue with the landlord upstairs (separate property) they stepped in & did all the leg work at a moment's notice. All our safety certificates are always kept up to date, and we always receive a warm welcome when we pop into the office. Thanks again we will miss you! ????... Read more

Extremely disrespectful and unpolite behaviour, no wonder I see many 1-star rating. My partner and I took time off work to do a viewing at 10am as agreed with the agency. 5 minutes later there was still no agent to show us the property, I then decided to call the agency and I have been told "oh sorry our agent got an issue on the way, she will be there in a minute, 5 to 10 min". 20 minutes later, still no one, no sign, no messages, no call. On their email they ask "Please, confirm receipt of this email and call us on the number below at least 30 minutes before the viewing time, should you wish to change or cancel the appointment." Basically stating... Do what I say, no what I do. Such a joke... Read more

Most probably when you have a job for many years and if you don't enjoy the job anymore you became a miserable person day by day this is my explanation of the attitude of 2 mens I've had contact over the phone, I like to believe the nice lady wich I had the view it's out of this review coz he was lovely with us! Such horrible people. They have no costumer service skills, they are rude and disrespectful. They have given me such a hard time and they have no consideration or sensitivity considering that they are dealing with people's homes, which is a really sensitive matter. They only care about taking your money. Sean is the most awful person I have ever dealt with, he should be fired. I warn everyone to stay as far away as possible from this agency. I called this morning for one propriety and the man who was speaking with me was very rude and superficial. I tried to have more information but he just give me very quickly one number and a few words. I called one more time and one lady apologized for his actions and I tried to speak one more time with the man but obviously he didn't say sorry and he kept in speaking badly to me.
