We have sold two homes in Chiswick through Harpers of Chiswick. Initially, we chose Christian after previously failing to sell our property through two different chain agents. His straightforward approach and knowledge of the local market made him stand head and shoulders above the opposition. We went back to him because not only did he sell our first property promptly - he also made sure the sale went through, helping us with a buyer who had many, many questions.
Twelve years later with our second sale, Christian was just as easy to deal with. He sold our house in a difficult market and having found a buyer he again saw the process through. At all times he was transparent and easy to deal with.
I’d highly recommend Harpers.

We recently signed to rent a flat in Chiswick and Gill & Christian were wonderful to work with from start to finish. The whole process was incredibly smooth, efficient and easy and all the paper work was wrapped up within a week from the first phone call, which was really incredible. We’re so happy in our new home and Gill & Christian played a vital role in ensuring the process went smoothly and was stress free. If we move we will definitely be using Harpers of Chiswick again!

Christian & Gill have been absolutly amazing and incredibly professional going above and beyond to make sure that the purchase goes swiftly and smoothly for all parties involved. They have shown a degree of commitment, availibilty and proactivity we have not seen elsewhere. Their openly-shared expertise of the market, the sale process as well as any potential renovation/maintenance works has been a huge help during and (long) after the purchase decision. Having sold our flat through another agency before we couldn’t help but notice the material difference in level of service. 100% recommend.

Christian and Gill were absolutely superb during what has been a complex sale of my house. They knew exactly who was going to be a worthwhile viewer and worked really hard to get me the best possible price. They responded instantly to any queries on a private whatsapp chat. They nurtured my buyer and took a great deal of time and effort to talk them through the issues with the house. They were a constant stream of helpful advice about my sale and my purchase, even though that was through another agent. They also have great contacts - the solicitor they recommended was faultless. My purchase, although reasonably managed, was much more the regular relationship I would expect with an estate agent. But my sale, through Harpers of Chiswick, was outstanding - absolutely next level service. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I have just bought a house! Gill and Christian at Harpers of Chiswick were a delight to deal with. They were informative and honest in their description of the property and I felt very comfortable with the whole process.
Importantly, they were not pushy - so many agents bombard you with phone calls and are constantly sending you suggestions which do not match what you have told them you are looking for. Can be very tedious.
Christian has also given me some excellent advice with regard to the updating and improvements which will be required to turn this house into exactly what I want.
They are a small agency which means you get a much more personal service.
Would 100% recommend them.
